We tried Kit's after hearing about how great it was from friends and ordered combination fried rice for dinner the other night through Uber Eats. I included a little request in the notes for sriracha if they had it (this note field is usually overlooked by restaurants but thought it was worth a shot) and we were so surprised to see that they included this amazingly sweet response! I've never seen a restaurant do this! The fried rice was full of shrimp, chicken, beef, and had amazing flavor. We will absolutely order from them again!

Curry Chicken

Friendly service when calling in to place an order and when picking up orders. Entrees are huge portions for less than $10 each! I don't usually like Chinese take out, but this is pretty good! Chicken curry is saucy and spicy (i.e. occasional random pepper taste causes you to cough spicy). Not the best curry ever, but flavorful and excellent value. Cashew chicken has good texture and reminds me of the lee kum kee panda oyster sauce, which tastes good with any kind of protein if you're a home cook Cho cho beef can be bought in singles or by family pack (n=4). Chewy, tough, on a skewer, but tastes good, a bit like Asian beef jerky. Rangoon wontons are cute, crunchy, and cream cheese core (alliteration disrupted by cheese ). I like them with no sauce. Reheats nicely, so I can be sustained for several meals.

Vegetable Lo Mein

I got food from here on 8/15/19 around 4pm. A friend at work had recommended it. She suggested the Vegetable Lo Mein. I ordered that and the Garlic Shrimp. The food was delicious! There was less shrimp than I thought it would be for the price, but I wasn't unhappy. The serving sizes were huge! I was able to eat all of the garlic shrimp and vegetables and about half of the fried rice that came with it. I only had a few bites of the lo mein, but only because I was so stuffed. It was quite tasty even just after a few bites. I was able to store the leftovers in 4 meal prep containers so I have plenty of food for the next 4 days! Everything was cooked perfectly and was still piping hot after I got home. I can't wait to have some of the leftover lo mein for dinner tonight! The customer service was friendly and quick and I got my to go order in a timely fashion. I doubt I waited more than 10-15 minutes. There was another couple waiting for their food when I got there and one other woman came in while I was waiting to pick up her to go order. The woman waiting on people at the register was nice and pleasant to everyone. The inside was clean, but for sure could use a little updating. Still, I'd definitely one here again! I highly recommend!

This is a great family own hole in the wall Chinese food restaurant. It's not really meant to eat there it's mostly to go and it does take quite a while so you want to call your order in ahead of time. But they make everything fresh to order it's great food great people and you can't go wrong eating here. In my opinion is the best lo mein in town as well as everything else you get is wonderful.

Our server was extremely friendly and quickly brought us drinks. Since this was our first time it took us a while to look over the menu which was quite extensive. The entire back page of the menu was filled with lunch specials which are priced very reasonably at $7.99. We all ordered from the lunch menu. I ordered Chicken lo Mein anda cup of Hot & Sour soup. The other people in my party ordered Sesame Chicken and General Tso's Chicken. All three of us were extremely pleased with the service and the quality of the food. My hot and sour soup was extremely delicious. It was chock full of sliced mushrooms and several pieces of tofu and it was almost a meal in itself and was served very hot. My Chicken lo Mein was equally delicious. The others in my party praised their meals as well and all three of us felt that we had finally found an excellent Chinese restaurant. I look forward to my next visit.

For those that know traditional spicy shrimp, this was spot on! Dusting of breading to hold the salt and deep fried with the shell on, which most will eat. If prepared properly, the shell is crispy and edible, adding a great texture and umami to the dish. CG nailed it. It was SO good! Ambiance was average, but I didn't got there for ambiance

You can get all the common dishes here but you can also get some unusual dishes that are very authentic. My grandson once ordered jelly fish. You can't get that at very many local restaurants. Another thing I like is that they have a couple of large round tables with lazy Susans. Our extended family sat at one of those tables once. It was fun putting the things we wanted to share on the lazy Susan and being able to spin it around and try what we wanted. It made for fun conversation talking about the different dishes. That was when our grandson ordered jellyfish. The restaurant is fairly small but the large tables make the restaurant good for groups. I think this would be an excellent place for a Yelp event. They have a lunch menu but you have to ask for it. It includes some of the popular Asian dishes for $9:95. They have smaller portions that come with a choice of soup or egg roll. Danny and I asked to see the lunch menu, but decided to order off the main menu. We split Crispy Tofu with garlic sauce and egg rolls. I liked the presentation of the egg rolls. They were cut diagonally and arranged nicely on the plate. The tofu dish was quite tasty. Next time, I plan to get Mei Fun. I have had it here before and loved the variety of flavors. The service wasn't terrible but it wasn't wonderful. We got our food in a timely manner, but we felt rushed to order and she didn't check to see if we needed anything or refill our water glasses. Service here has been excellent in the past. I am glad we came back to Chengdu and were reminded of how much we like it. We will be back soon.

The restaurant still caters Korean/Chinese food hybrid, predominantly Chinese food though. A few positive features worth mentioning. I really like the inside of this restaurant. It always appears very clean. The food is relatively cheap when comparing to the like of Chengdu. Hot tea is served in a hot tea pot, not in a cup. YES! YES!! YES!!! I feel like the Korean food at Chopsticks lack the "Korean" flavor. If the server did not tell me the Jampong soup is Korean, I would have thought it's Chinese. The beansprouts, cucumbers, Napa cabbage, and seafood scream out Korean but the taste says something otherwise. It really does have a generic taste. The Mapo tofu has soft tofu in some sort of shredded meat sauce. It's a little salty but goes well with white rice. The white rice was a little hard on this particular visit. I guess it's going to be another 6-12 months for me to come back to try Chopsticks again. Sigh...
