Honestly it's been a while since I had this positive of an experience when eating out. The food was amazing, some people might think it's expensive compared to chilis or some other dining experiences but he quality is amazing you can tell nothings been frozen or sitting longer than it should be. Unlike other places where they get inexpensive and processed mozzarella sticks and chicken tenders. It's all just whole ingredients with great quality. And the service was the best I've had in a very long time. I can't not say enough about how awesome the experience was. Usually for holidays or birthdays like this we go out for hibachi and after this I think we are 100% hot pot people. They bring a spread of 3 meat and sides to put in the soup and you each pick your own. Cooking for more than two was a struggle you need to get the hot pot which is an option, since we're were on a timer that cost the star it should come with it for groups larger than two. Went there for a relaxing lunch on a Sunday. The place doesn't look fancy from the inside, but is very nice on the inside! What a delight! This place was perfect for a cold rainy night. We didn't care too much for the bbq but hotpot was good. The soup base we ordered was pretty tasty. Their cuts of meat were only ok though. The sauce bar variety was also decent. I wish they didn't charge for the satay sauce though. I've waited a long time for Tulsa to open up a restaurant that serves both hot pot and a grill your own meat place, and after over a year and a half, we have finally got one! This place is a Chinese owned restaurant that serves traditional Chinese stir-fry dishes along with a grill your own meat and hot pot menu, similar to many popular ones that have inundated big name cities over the past several years (as part of the big Asian kbbq and hot pot craze). We went during their soft opening date when they were still testing out their menu. The concept is split into 3 separate ways of dining. The first is the more typical way where you order traditional Chinese stir-fry dishes from a menu. The second and third ways are more unique where you order from an ipad and select different meats, noodles, meats, and seafood on their computer screen. On the table you sit in, there is a grill to cook your own meat and there is a grill for a hot pot to cook the rest of your food in a soup base of your choice. We chose the Mala (hot and spicy) soup base along with the pork broth soup base. We had their premium lamb and beef cuts, half of which we grilled on the plate, and the other half of which we tossed into the two soup bases. We also had their fish balls with roe filling and their tong ho (Crown daisy) vetetables. Best of all, they had their own sauce station where we can mix and match our own sauce ingredients together. If I had any recommendation, it would be to have the option for customers to order all-you-can-eat for a set price, which is a very popular option among other establishments in the big cities in the east and west coast. Exceptional quality and fresh ambiance. I've eaten here at least 30 times and I live in Bartlesville. I'm Singaporean Chinese so my faves are a la carte legit SE Asian noodle dishes (fried kway teow and dry mee Siam). The chili oil dumplings are best in Tulsa IMO and enjoy the hot pot-grill. Mala broth n chicken soups are exceptional tho I haven't tried others. Wait staff are helpful and owner chefs are very accommodating for extra veggies, game to sub bean sprout for noodles. read more

My family and I just experienced 100*C Grill & Hot Pot for the first time this evening and it was an incredible culinary adventure! The restaurant was spotless and beautifully decorated. The extensive menu offered anything and everything one could ask for. I was impressed with the daily, fresh cut meat and gorgeous, vibrant veggies prepared upon ordering. We thoroughly enjoyed a relaxed and leisurely dinner together cooking and visiting. The grill and hot pot set up is very unique and felt special since it isn't something we experience at home. If you haven't tried hot pot before, please don't let the unknown keep you from coming to this phenomenal place! We were provided with a very informative and brief video on an iPad to watch to get us started. Our excellent and helpful server was available at all times for questions and tips. Being grill and hot pot rookies, we over ordered and left very, VERY full which isn't a bad thing at all. On our next visit (and there will absolutely be more visits to come), we'll pace ourselves a bit better and order more items as they're needed during the course of the meal instead of everything up front. In addition to the grill and hot pot, there is an impressive menu available that offers dim sum, classic appetizers and traditional entrees. Kile was super friendly and such a great server!! She explained how the ordering process on the iPad would work-she can see the drinks you order in the back but will come back for the iPad to see the food orders. They have a self-serve sauce bar and use paper on the grill. I noticed this didn't cause smoke so they don't have fans above the grills like other kbbq places! If you really like kbbq (the grill) I suggest putting your meat on there first while you eat hot pot. read more

This new hot pot and grill in Tulsa is an amazing addition to our restaurant scene! The menu may seem complicated at first but the staff is very helpful and will help you decided / guide you through the process. They give you choices of the broth in the hot pot, you can pick two different flavors since the hotpot has two separated compartments. The Spicy tofu and miso soup broth that we selected were great! After that they hand you an iPad and you can select as many meats, vegetables, and noodles as you want to cook in the hot pot or to grill. You do not have to use the grill but some of the meat are better cooked on the grills versus the hot pot. The portions for each items were fairly generous. Though we do wish they had an all you can eat option like many hot pot and grill have in Other areas of the country. We very recently visited 100°C Grill & Hot Pot - as in just returned from there and our takeaway is still warm. Let me start by saying it exceeded my expectations. My first experience with hot pot in Tulsa wasn't great so I was hopeful for a positive one. When we first arrived, the restaurant had several tables filled with guests who appeared happily grilling and ladling soup into their bowls. I took it as a very good sign. They sat us - socially distanced - at a table in a corner. We told our server, Ashley, we'd never been there before, so she offered to show us a short video on how to hot pot. It had a few helpf tips but Ashley gave us better tips when she told us about ordering. We ordered the 6hr chicken broth and spicy beef broth. The hot pot is combined with a grilling option so we ordered beef, pork, meatballs, fishballs with meat, seaweed, bean sprouts, crown daisy, daikon, rice and noodles to go with our soup. I also ordered the mapo tofu with beef - one of my newest favorite dishes. After Ashley brought us tableware and set up our grill and hotplate for the soup, we visited the spice and sauce station to prepare for the feast ahead of us. She brought out a cart with all our fix-ins and I was giddy with excitement. Once it's all at the table it's a free for all. I like the combination of the bean sprouts, crown daisy - a little bitter green that paired well with both broths - and the beef dipped in hoisin sauce... Then there was the grilled pork belly with the seaweed... Oh, and then the fresh ramen noodles, those were so good with the soup. You can make each bite something different and as tasty as you want. The mapo tofu arrived shortly after we dug into our soup. It wasn't on the tablet when we ordered so I had to ask Ashley about it. It wasn't as Sichuan peppery as the other versions I've had but it had such a savory with the beef. The other versions included ground pork. Not to mention the beef chunks were large, as you can see in the photo. Ashely offered to bring us more broth but we were filled to the gills. So full of delicious soup and grilled meat and tofu. We most certainly be back. My husband already said we'd make it a date night at least once or twice a month. He said he saw a few entrees he was interested in trying next time. TLDR: Ashely, our server, was super helpful and made our experience top notch. We tried the 6 hour chicken broth and spicy beef broth, which wasn't overly spicy in case you're worried it might be a scorcher. The crown daisy, bean sprouts and fresh ramen noodles are a must. The mapo tofu was super flavorful without being too numbing from the Sichuan peppers. We're going to make it a regular spot for date night. read more
