He stayed to the end of the project and was not at other worksites at the same time. He was able to get to my job quickly which helped us put my mother's house up on the market right away. He works steadily while he is there and takes pride in doing things neatly and correctly. Lastly, Brad sticks to his prices and estimates well. How many times have I gotten an estimate and the price triples? Not here. I was working on the yard while they fixed the house and miss the good that comes from being around honest work. Because of the weather there was a couple of week lag time. Luckily they came out to put a temporary fix in our leak for no additional charge. The night after they came out and fixed it it dumped like crazy but our roof help up. They were very communicative during the whole process and they emailed us pictures during the construction to show us their progress. After a week we had a fantastic roof. This caused about an extra 1/2 day to repair correctly. This included having to special fit all of the wood as when the trim was put in they used plywood. It took a few days as expected. They showed up ready to work. They did a great job. Was definitely worth the money. I am planning on using them again to replace the frame for my back door.
