They were professional and polite. The job was fantastic. As they were finishing we asked Chad if he could take a look at the master shower. Shower job was three days but again staff was professional, polite and cleaned up each day completely. If you own a manufactured home you will want to keep Chad and his crew in mind for projects you need done. They are worth the wait and cost. Chad keeps in constant communication with you from before project starts to after. He has a shop that we use as well for just about anything replacement wise that we need for our home. I had a problem with the installation and called to get replacement and possibly look at some more. She indicated to me that her first appointment to come into the showroom was a month out. When attempted to indicate that I already had product that I just needed to order more, she said "we're not a good fit for you" and hung up on me. I run 3 businesses... dealing with difficult clients and customer service. Behavior like this is never acceptable. Motor Mouth Lacy, in a condescending, rude, and aggressive tone hung up on me before I could explain that I was a customer looking for prior product. I actually called back to get Lacy's name, I said to her that I didn't appreciate her condescending tone, lack of professionalism and she hung up on me again. At no time did I raise my voice in either conversation, use profanity's or calls names. Frankly, she hung up on me less than 30 seconds after I got on to the phone. I imagine Lacy is either part owner or family member. I can't actually imagine anyone with her lack of skills and behavior is actually employed. Or maybe the employers don't know about her behavior.. that frequently happens.

I am writing to express our disappointment with how our property was treated during the recent…read moreroofing project Cloise and Mike Construction, Inc. provided. While the roof itself appears to be well done, the condition in which our property was treated and left is unacceptable. During the course of the work, your crew drove over shrubbery in our backyard in order to fit vehicles, smashing them flat and causing damage to the established landscaping. They also cut limbs from a tree we planted years ago as a memorial, leaving it disfigured. At no point were we asked for permission to cut any limbs or shrubs, nor were we informed that this had been done--we discovered the damage on our own afterward. The limbs were not properly removed but instead discarded onto other vegetation, leaving us to clean up the debris. Additionally, plants were cut back to accommodate vehicles in the rear driveway, and several bushes were run over and flattened. Old plywood removed from the roof was thrown onto our deck, landing on outdoor furniture. Crew members also walked through and stood in garden areas, trampling new spring bulbs. We were particularly surprised to find that a log had been dragged out of the forest and onto our lawn for use as a seat during break time, and then left there for us to remove. We understand that roofing can be a messy job with missed nails on the ground or some debris that had blown into bushes etc., but we chose to work with a small, local business in hopes of receiving more care and respect for our home and property. Unfortunately, this experience has not reflected that expectation.

I have since used him for major repairs at my office building, and to convert my garage into a sewing and craft room that is the envy of all my friends as well as a couple of other smaller projects. This spring he will be rebuilding my deck to accommodate a new hot tub.
