Jenny took the time to explain all the important stuff clearly and succinctly. The entire process was painless and lasted no more than 30 minutes. It would be nice if there was a local phone number for the Silverdale Branch that I could call so I…read moredon't have to go through a bunch of menu items about transaction related things. There should be a way to call the local branch member service desk and not have to go through answering account related questions. That is very annoying and not helpful when you don't need help related to a transaction. When I got to my local branch this morning it was closed and I just wanted to know if it was re-opening today or if it was going to be closed for a few days. For most things I would give a 5 star rating, but not being able to contact the local branch is definitely a one star.

She asked a few questions about what I needed and then walked me through the options without overcomplicating it. I appreciated that she explained things in a way that actually made sense instead of using a bunch of banking terms I wouldn't understand. The process was smooth, didn't take long, and I never felt rushed or pressured. The branch itself is clean and has a really easygoing vibe too.

If you can avoid this location do so if you want to be treated well! The walk up atm is great! This way I dont have to deal with Lisa or her negative attitude towards customers! The ATM can connect you to a live banker and they are wonderful! The only draw back you cant use atm for rolled coins!

It works every time AND it accepts all forms of payment such as Apple Pay, Android, all major cc's, chip and swipe cards! Pretty award one huh!!!! All of my employees use them to cash their checks and stuff and they all like them so much almost all of them have set up accounts too!! I was with them thru the change from Sterling to Umpqua Bank and honestly, they've always been great! I accidentally came across their reviews when looking something up on the website and I see some that are 3 or less? That's just crazy, I've done thousands of transactions with them in pretty much every branch in the area and they've been better than any bank I've ever been to. I plan to stay with Umpqua for many more years. Thank you so much for your wonderful service, great products, and taking the time to learn my dogs name! Keep up the great work!!
