The kids picked and dressed bears they couldnt keep. The waiting area for santa pictures was crammed and long, so you can imagine the frustration of parents with impatient littles standing in line. The pictures with Santa were rushed and blurry. I asked to see them and they immediately said they came out good (which they didn't) We drove from Phoenix, so its not worth the money in my opinion.

We picked the North Pole and I'm glad we did. I wish I could give extra stars because I was beyond impressed. The detail, the staff, and the commitment to making it feel magical for kids were top tier. From the moment you board the trolley, they move you from one fun stop to the next. You get transported to the North Pole, welcomed in, the kids get to build Christmas toys, try Mrs. Claus' snacks, and then you get real one on one time with Santa. There's a lot more ton include, interactive activities, singing and dancing. If you're on the fence, go. You won't be disappointed.
