I purchased a dozen cookies from Kitty's Kakery to be delivered to my parent's house in North Carolina. The cookies were delivered in the cutest box and packaged so well. None of the cookies were broken or damaged and were incredibly fresh and soft. It was the best thing other than coming into the bakery. We ordered several different flavors and they were all amazing. I will be ordering again for sure.

I was so impressed how fast and friendly this place was. I placed an order a few days before my party and the cake was beautifully made the detail work was all precise and most of all the flavor was so delicious and moist . Katherine made me a strawberry cake with cream cheese and fresh strawberry filling . This cake was gone in 15 min not a crumb left . It was a big big hit and I will most definitely be going back to order all my deserts for future events . Thank you so much Katherine for making my party a success .

Run Run Run to Kitty's Kakery for any of your sweet tooth needs. This is the 3rd cake that I've gotten from here this year & every single time it is perfect. The store is decorated nicely, the treat cabinet is always full (I recommend getting an oatmeal cream pie from here... LIFE CHANGING) very affordable and nice staff, what more can you ask for from a business. Support local on top of everything lol just go here and thank me later!!! read more

The online ordering and shipping experience was excellent! I ordered a box of these last week after seeing pictures of the cookies online. Cookies are the perfect size and each come individually packaged. I'm very impressed with the packaging and instructions to keep things fresh. Don't get me started on the cookies themselves. I am always on the lookout for unique vegan sweets, and Kitty's Kakery gives me exactly what I want and more. The biscoff cookie is life changing, and I can't wait to try others in the box. I called just this morning (Thursday) and first impression was perfect because they answered before the third ring. The person who answered was very friendly and professional. I needed a last minute gender reveal cake by Saturday 2 days out! I was put on hold to speak to the owner so she can confirm if this was a possibility. She was lovely and said she could do it for me since I will be coming in from out of state. I didn't realize how busy cake shops can be and how much you have to try to get a hold of them. Thank you so much for making this easy and special for me. read more

What's better than delicious cupcakes? Delicious vegan and gluten free options...I'm neither but she told me if I let her know how I liked them she would tell me which were which (obviously she will tell you if you ask for vegan or gluten free...I'm just that skeptic who refuses to believe they taste as good as the gluten filled non-vegan options). They change their selection monthly I believe but I've never seen a bad option in their displays...plus she does custom orders! The shop was impeccably clean, service was excellent and the cupcakes were amazing...why are you still reading? Go get a cupcake! read more

The vegan cupcakes use to be great, now they are really dense. I'm not sure who is baking but most of the time the vegan cupcakes aren't great. Some more quality control needs to be done. read more
