I was very disappointed walking into Crumbl Cookies. The service was quick. But what I disapproved of was the NASTINESS NOT CLEAN at all. This location is fairly new to the Killeen/Harker Heights area. Usually, when I ride past, the lobby is packed with people. This lets you know how good the cookies are. I love that they change flavors every week, it keeps the excitement going. That is, until there a cookie you really like and it's not being offered the following week. On this particular day, I had my mind set on only purchasing the strawberry shortcake cookie but of course, I walked out with the 4 pack. This included the cinnamon frybread, red velvet, and sugar ft mothers circus animal. Though the crew didn't give a friendly greeting like they usually do, and left me standing at the register without any assistance, the taste of the strawberry shortcake cookie once I made my way to the car made me forget about the poor service... kind of. This store is literally 'crumbling' after only being open for about a year... everything was dirty (floors, trash on ground, windows haven't seen windex in weeks) and the signage is dilapidated. Fun place to try when in Harker Heights. You order your cookies digitally when you walk into the store. They make your order in a timely manner and call your name at the pick up sign. Been here several times and it ok. I agree with reviewers saying it's more like a cake. The cookies are very thick and the ones with icing have the to much on them. Half the icing would be perfect! I also wish they wouldn't have so long bringing cookies back....will they ever bring cookies back? We tried one in March and loved it but over months later and it's not come back yet! The Crumbl Cookies are delicious Crumbl Cookies are freshly baked, soft, huge and smell amazing. The line was long but it moves quickly. The staff is very friendly and there is such a good positive vibe in the bakery; I think this is what makes the wait to receive your order so easy. I ordered 2 Peanut Butter Cookies, 1 Chocolate Chip Cookie, and 1 White Chocolate Chip Cookie. Each of the cookies were baked to perfection.
