Sadly, it was the most disorganized and unpleasant arrangement I've ever seen, and as a nurse we have seen many. Not only that, but the main flowers in the arrangement were wilted the next day. It's normally expected to have fresh flowers and someone who knows color, texture, and design to arrange a bouquet. This woman know nothing. When I called her she was evasive and unwilling to send out a respectable bouquet. Adam's county is growing by leaps and bounds, hopefully we can expect quality shops to furnish above average items that are ordered, otherwise Denver is a better choice.

I was so upset, and began immediately calling local florists near the Erie, CO area to place a bouquet delivery directly via a local florist. After calling a few florists near Erie (Lafayette, Broomfield, Frederick) no one answered their phone. I thought, understandable, it was 3 days before Mother's Day and florists were probably swamped. I called Carbon Valley and was immediately greeted so warmly and brightly on the phone! I told her my situation and I understood if they were too busy to help. She said it was not a problem and that in fact, they had a delivery going to Erie that day and could try to get it out same-day. I was shocked at the amazing customer service I received. I told her my budget, and the general kind of bouquet I was looking for which was bright, colorful, and unique. I trusted the florist to do a good job and the final bouquet was beautiful. I know where I'm going for my local florist needs now!

While substitutions were communicated to the customer who placed the order, the final arrangement looked very different from what was advertised online. What was most frustrating was the owner's response. He stated that he could not guarantee the flowers would last longer than 24 hours and refused to provide a replacement, redelivery, or refund despite the poor condition of the arrangement. In my opinion, charging customers for flowers that are already failing and then refusing to make it right is unacceptable. I would recommend looking elsewhere for floral arrangements in the Thornton area. Knowingly selling bad quality flowers and stealing your money is bad business practice.
