I have always looked forward to Mothers Day and the beautiful arrangements I've received from Mariposa. My kids live in New York so they are trusting the florist to deliver something special. This year they delivered a scraggly potted petunia that had not one single blossom nor the hint of any blossoms to come. What a disappointment. I seriously can't believe they had to deliver this plant to anyone. Danielle and her team at Mariposa are simply wonderful. She made the whole process so easy and fun and listened to all my ramblings about the variety of flowers I was imagining. I sent her photos of bouquets in my colors and asked for different flowers, then I didn't see anything until the day of my wedding and what she gave me was absolutely perfect. I had a vision for bright colors and wildflower vibes but still fancy and she did exactly what I was imagining. The price she gave me was fair and payments were easy. The greatest customer service! I walked in hoping to capture some pictures for a quinceñera and I did just that! The ladies running the shop where so friendly, and willing to assist in anything needed for the pictures! What can I say other than the flowers were so perfect that she burst into tears. Wow!

I specifically called to ask about flowers, I was told they would hold aside an arrangement of pink roses. I sent someone to pick them up - as I explained I would to the person I spoke with on the phone. When he arrived, there were no flowers. Not great service. Oh my gosh. We just got our wedding pictures back and everything I felt on the day of the wedding and leading up to it were confirmed! The flowers were GORGEOUS!! I live in Lakewood but we got married in Greeley and I"m so glad I chose Mariposa Flowers. Our budget was only $500 on flowers and though they told me they would be able to do all of my bouquets, boutonnieres and reception flowers for that, I didn't know how they would look. When they arrived I was sooooo surprised at how MANY flowers we got! And they were beautiful! We even ran out of time to put them all in vases and we had so many left that we made one HUGE stage piece bouquet for the ceremony. They let us keep all the pretty vases that the bouquets came in as well. I'm looking at the pictures from our wedding and the flowers at the reception and the bouquets and bouts just like stunning. In the age of flower brokers like FTD etc I have never ordered directly from a local florist for delivery. I had such an awful experience with another flower broker, AmyFlorist,com that I was in a last minute pinch to send my wife flowers for her achievements. Not only did Mariposa deliver within 3 hours of my phone call but the flowers were hands down the nicest flowers I have seen! The price was in line with the flower brokers, the service was amazing and the flowers absolutely beautiful. I will only seek out local florists like Mariposa in the future. read more

I went here to get some Valentine's Day flowers for my girlfriend. We are pretty non traditional so I knew she wouldn't be a fan of roses or something conservative like that. I don't mind Mariposa, but the service I had was horrible. I had such hard time trying to get the idea of why they went into this business. I say they made me feel uncomfortable. The where also so demanding for anyone thinking of this place for floral work your wrong. They will make you feel insecure and they will make you choose something quick. I mean the only good thing is the delivery even then the flower I got where tipped over and had a few roses swooshed I mean really deliver flowers with integrity. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! I am a florist. I called to place an order. The person that answered was RUDE and offensive. She wanted the order sent over the computer which we do not do. We talk directly with the florist to ensure our customers needs are met. Told her I would call another shop. Her response, "Good!! You do that!!" in a very snotty tone.
