There were a lot of veggies and it was tasty. The hash brown potatoes were thick, very crispy on the outside, with a soft, almost mashed potato texture on the inside. The coffee refills were frequent and welcomed. Even the owner stopped by with a refill. He was a busy as any of the servers, not just standing around. It was an overall delightful experience.
