I love the baked fish and fried fish! The chips, baked potato, and bbq po boy are all great too. Since they make everything to order it's always fresh and easy for a picky eater (me) to have things left off. Service is good. I try to go after the lunch or dinner rush. Went in at 6:05 PM on a Sunday, 5 minutes later there were 2 guests in the entire building. Put in an order for 2 pizzas at 6:17, server comes out 3 times to refill drinks. At 6:55, tells us they had huge to-go orders and it would be another 20 minutes. After a 45 minute wait, we leave. Never even tasted the food. Could have told us nearly an hour that there would be a delay. Could have told us at any point when refilling drinks. Should prioritize dine-in patrons. $60 order. You guys suck. read more

Pizza in Hoxie, AR? I was skeptical but Pizza Den is very good. My favorite: jalapeno, it's loaded and hot. Sandwiches are tasty and enormous. Drink refills are free (being from the North I still get excited about that Southern tradition. Get this; go to any fast food place in the South, McDonald's, Wendy's, finish your drink, go back up to the counter and ask for a refill. Simply amazing! Try that in NY City). Also highly recommend the homemade potato chips. Oh, don't eat here if you are in a hurry, service is friendly but a bit slow. Actually don't live in Arkansas if you're in a hurry. Don't eat here if you are afraid of being hit by a freight train (you'll see). Also if you're not a local, people will stare at you. . .just ignore them and keep eating. read more

This is a friendly little resaurant with very slow service so don't go there if you are in a hurry. The food is really good and the servings are generous. I am never disappointed when I go there. I am only impatient for the waiting. So I do prefer to call ahead with my order. I highly recommend that. It's true! They do have some really sticky tables! read more

While in town for a meeting, we decided to try this place because they delivered. I ordered a salad, chips, and cheese breadsticks. The salad was huge but all delicious. We decided to dine in for dinner to try some of the other menu items. They were pretty busy and it was a little slow getting the food but well worth it. The sandwiches, fish, and cheesecake were amazing. Our waitress was very nice and stayed on top of drink refills. I will definitely go back when in town next time. read more

Oddly even though this place is named The Pizza Den, do not under any circumstance ever eat the pizza here. It is horrible, beyond terrible, not even in the same class with 1 buck frozen pizzas from Wal-Mart. However, what this place does have good is sandwiches, salads, and home made potato chips. The sandwiches, or Po-Boys, are very good. They are big affordable sandwiches made on home made bread that is very tasty. Their salads are also large affairs with a plethora of toppings and they to are very good. The chips are nice if you like that sort of thing, they are fresh thin sliced potatoes deep fried, which means they aren't remotely good for you, but they are tasty if eaten quickly. I would recommend ordering your food by calling in and picking it up because the service is the worst I have ever experienced. The servers sometimes disappear completely for 10-15 minutes at a time. You can look up and look around the dining room and realize that there is not a single employee in the place. Still though, its a great place to get take out and enjoy an easy night at home. read more
