I have been to other massage places and it was just ok. This place is by far the best I have ever gone and even better than some day spa places. When I arrived the lady asked me what I needed worked on, so I said my shoulders, neck, and a little lower back. The lady told me I should get the 1 hour with oil in a private room. I stopped by here after a dinner at Sushi Asahi. I am a professional dancer and teacher and lately my body has been beat up from rehearsals and teaching. So....when I saw the sign I was at the door in about 2 seconds. Great massage but you need to remember that you get what you pay for in terms of ambiance. It can get a bit nosy with customers coming and going. The phone also rings a little loud. But I was not there for the ambiance. Massage therapist honed into my tight spots and I felt a lot better afterwards. I would definitely return again. I paid for a foot massage but somehow got the full body massage....which I had no problem with. :). I assumed this might have been a perk because they have recently opened?? On my way to "my go to place", My Happy Feet & I decided to check out KK Massage which is much closer to my home. The very 1st thing I liked was both the man & woman at the desk spoke English. I opted for the 1 hr $20.00 Reflexology. I timed it & it was 1 hr & 2 minutes! As I walked into the back area, I was impressed as it looked clean & comfortable & colorful! I have always had a male at Happy Feet, but Kelly left me feeling like her hands were just as strong! She did a great job! Only negitive was that it was a little noisy. I don"t think I will go on a Sat. afternoon again. There were 4 young ladies who came in together with no thought of keeping their voices down to preserve the tranquility of those trying to enjoy their massage. Lots of people coming in with appointments. They did charge $1.00 for using my Visa, & I gave Kelly a $7.00 cash tip. No on told me what to give or that I even had to tip, but I already know that it is expected. Looking at some of the previous reviews, I think some people don't understand the difference between a massage & reflexology! My husband and I booked a same day massage and it was the best massage we've ever had! We've had massages from a couple of places and KK massage was the best! We had a couples massage and I am 6 months pregnant and let me tell you all that it was the best! I absolutely loved the face/scalp massage and since I am carrying extra weight with my baby my massage lady definitely helped out with the hip/leg to foot massage! Thank you so much KK massage! Great massage by Chen and a great price as well-The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Try and make an appointment especially if you're not going alone. Wear comfy clothes as well or at least loose fitting since they roll up your pants up to your knees to massage your legs. Wonderful relaxing experience. I will be going back soon. read more

I usually opt for the $20, 1-hour, fully clothed massage, the $40, 1- hour full body massage, or the $70, 90-minute massage! I am a bi-weekly visitor and have yet to have a bad experience! I took my wife here for her Birthday. We had a couples massage and the experience was very enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and the facility was clean. Hands down that was the best massage for the money. When the avg. cost for a massage elsewhere is $1 per min per person upwards, paying $76 dollars for an hour couples massage was a great value. I've been going here since it opened and tonight was my last visit. I've thought they were getting worse but kept coming back anyway. Tonight I had 3 different girls do my massage, not by choice. They think when they put a mask on, you won't notice the change up. All were whispering in Chinese the whole time. A guy came in obnoxiously loud. No one asked him to be quiet. Amazing massage the lady Rita is the best.. ask for her and tell her exactly what you want targeted the most or what hurts... she did a very good job different touches pressures hitting every bone and aching area in my body. I fell asleep several times . I do agree with the other posts about them always talking and it not being fully quiet during the whole time of the massage but other than that I'd recommend this place to anyone that wants a good massage without breaking your wallet. Had to do some work in the Corona area when I remembered that one of my friends had mentioned this place, so I decided to try this place out to relieve some stress. Not only did I relieved some stressed, it felt like I was sent on a trip to heaven where angels joyfully danced on me. When I walked in, I was right away greeted by a jovial woman who was all too happy for my presence. I felt so welcomed right away. I decided to pay the extra 5 bucks for the rose scrub and it was worth every penny. My masseuse was Amy and she was perfect. It felt like a deep tissue massage with the perfect amount of pressure. She kept asking me if I was ok to make sure she wasn't hurting me and I really appreciated that. All in all, I was completely satisfied. 20 bucks for a full body massage is awesome and the service I got was even better. I've gotten massages that have ranged from 100-165 dollars and the services were not up to par with the service I got from this place and the massages were not that much better either. I really respect the workers at KK massage for working hard and putting in all of their effort for my satisfaction. I have been to this facility several times and on my last visit approximately 2 months ago I went in with my husband and friend and they offered me a special of buy "4 one hour foot reflexology massages and get one free" so I agreed purchased the 5 coupons and we used three that day. I had two remaining and I came back today to use the massage with my son and they then proceeded to tell me that I had to pay an additional $10 for each of us because their prices have increased. I argued with the owner and told her that I purchased the tickets for a one hit foot reflexology and she can't now change the price after my purchase just because they decided to change their rates. The owner refused to honor the ticket and I was forced to pay the difference. This is like ordering something from amazon and paying $30 for the item and when it's being delivered they tell you they can't release it unless you pay an additional $10 smh bad business kk massage. Totally wrong on your part I hope the $20 was worth the review and loss of a good customer. read more

WTH? NO stars!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I went in for an hour and a half massage, but only received about an hour and ten minutes. I don't think it should take 10 minutes to undress and 10 to dress. The massage was pretty painful, not relaxing at all. I kept trying to tell the lady what I wanted and didn't want, but she only knew how to say faceup and facedown. Then when I went to pay, with my Debit card the secretary said it's $1 for every $20, so that was an extra $3 and on top of that she made me tip a Minimum amount regardless if I liked it or not. Who does that? I didn't feel that I should tip more than what it was worth, but the lady argued with me that I HAD to Tip... ummmm, excuse me! A tip is something someone wants to give because they felt they received great service, not demand a tip and make you pay a minimum $$ per hour. That was a joke! You don't demand or make anyone pay a tip if the service was not up to par! I went there for the first time today with my girlfriend and expected a good first time massage experience. It was okay, pretty relaxing. Kind of weird for a first massage, but I half expected that. After we were done my girlfriend and I were preparing to leave, I start pulling out a few dollars for a tip, and to match what my girlfriend wanted to give her masseuse. After I am prepared to tip, they pull the $5 minimum required tip. That note is nowhere in sight in the parlor, and this is when I get pissed. Of course I didn't show it in front of my girlfriend and didn't make a big deal, so I just paid it and left. "Required tip" is an oxymoron, tips are not required and are a gesture of a job well done. First off, don't tell me what to give you on top of what I already paid for. I will give you what I think you deserve, and don't be greedy demanding more. I was prepared to tip, but after that I wanted to give them nothing. This was a female and male pair that told me this. Demanding more after someone is prepared to give you a tip already is an awful business practice and these two clowns should be seriously taught a lesson, or fired. I will definitely not come back here. Oh, and to the previous reviewer who didn't like the same practice, my girlfriend and I are white so I don't think it was a racial thing. Massage is a really hard job, and these massage therapists depend on your tip; how much do you think they make when the business only charges $40 for a full hour? Go somewhere that charges $60 with a 20% tip & you've spent $72. Here, you tip $15 & you're still way ahead. This place is somewhat bare bones (the walls in their private rooms don't go to the ceiling) so when people walk in & speak loudly, you can hear them. Also, the therapists don't speak much English, if at all. So, no, it's not a spa, but it's cheap. If you can't give a $15 tip then you're too cheap for this place. Adjust your expectations & you'll enjoy it for what it is. It's clean & they're nice. Tell the lady at the front any requests you have before you go in & she'll communicate them to the therapist. read more

Oh my god! HORRIBLE!! Nice owner (lady that greeted us & made our appointments) but I went in for a couple massage with a friend. Its funny. Mine was way too soft even after I continued to remind her to give me deeper pressure & my friends was way too hard that she said she was in pain the whole time. The room is TINY. There was barely any space on one side of me that the lady had to ask me to scoot over so she can sit on the table. Lmao. Really? Oh & little teeny towels to cover you. I was cold and felt uncomfortable. Also try to uncover your bare ass to massage which I didn't like. They do some weird slapping and hitting that I just wanted to laugh at. I haven't even gotten to the worst part. My friend and I discussed what we were going to tip & she said nothing she hated it. I told her we have to give something. So we gave a few bucks to be nice. But as we started to walk out the owner stopped us and told us we did not tip enough. I started cracking up because my friend was in such shock and started to tell them about how she tipped to be nice but that we hated the experience. It was ridiculous.
