This place is the worse ! The young dude who works there has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ! Walk in and he stared a me for 3-4 mins on the phone and could even multi task . All he had to do was have me tap a button and all done . Wow what's with this town and the inexperienced people they employ. Hah better off at Home Depot !! read more

Extremely disappointed. I called in to Rent a Bobcat on 3/4/23. When I arrived at 7:30 to the rental location I was told my F150 was not capable of towing the Bobcat to my site location. I went ahead and asked if I could spend the additional $150 to have it delivered. 5 Hours later I finally had the driver show up to my property at 12:30 pm on Saturday with a Jaguar vehicle and not a BobCat as ordered. They said they no longer had the Bobcat and I would have to use the Jaguar instead. My soil ended up being too soft and the Jaguar could not move more than 5 feet without getting stuck. I ended up putting 1.2 Hours of use on the vehicle of just digging it out over and over. After admitting defeat I called the rental facility at 3:00 PM asking them to pick up the vehicle from the job site. The following Monday I was charged $450 total for my 2.5 Hour Fail. I called in to ask if I could instead be charged the half day rate instead of the full day rate. They said they would check with the (New) Owners. They called back and stated I was told that my soil was too soft and that I needed to use treads as I was told and it was my fault for renting this vehicle. First of all my soil was never discussed with anybody at all. I was never told to use treads so I am not sure where this is coming from, but clearing a bunch of BS as they had no idea what my land looked like. The truth of the matter was I made the mistake of renting a Bobcat with wheels, yes, however I never received a Bobcat nor did I ask for a Jaguar. Secondly they did not address my request for a half days use since they delivered late and my only putting 1.2 hours of use on the vehicle. Long story short. I was extremely disappointed with the service here. Not a very reputable new owner or a fair place of business. Thanks for the compassion. read more

Then the woman explained this was a mistake and that she would fix and also because we had not used much gas would give a higher credit. This is also after I had asked them to drop it off when we'd be home and then the day of basically refused and just dropped it off anyway. Whoever the owner was called and was like just kidding we are taking money back after we already refunded you. It's such a tacky business. Not to mention the owner became pushy and defensive and I don't care how long you've done business in the community. That is absolutely not anything to do with how you're treating a customer. This is also the second tractor we've rented from them with power issues. They are slower and less powerful than they should be. He also said he would give a 10% discount and absolutely did not. It's a very untrustworthy company when it comes to money. Guess we'll go somewhere else next time. All in all a bad experience.

Every cat has to start somewhere, and STMM gives them a great environment to learn to socialize and adapt to not being in the dangerous situations that they were rescued from! I've watched many of their cats go from extremely anti-social to snuggly in their time with this organization. I have adopted two cats from them, and helped a roommate adopt one as well. They are extremely helpful and as long as you communicate, they give you a lot of grace throughout the adoption process! If you're not looking to adopt a cat, you're also just free to hang out and play with the kitties! I end up going just for a third space to do homework and stuff! They have snacks and drinks for sale that you can enjoy during your stay as well. They also have a ton of great goodies in the shop portion of the space, and you can even buy collars or accessories for the lounge cats to wear! Overall, I've never had a bad experience here. This place has been my escape when going through difficult times, and the staff are genuine people that will connect with you. I cannot recommend coming to this place enough!

I would've been happy to keep fostering if I knew that they were going to lie and betray me. I fostered Charlie and Lois, a brother-and-sister bonded pair, for two years. In all my years of fostering, I have never seen two cats more attached to each other. They slept together, comforted each other, groomed and were rarely apart. If Lois had to go to the vet without Charlie, he would become visibly distressed. The photos speak for themselves. Before they left my care, to go here I was assured over and over they would not be separated and I was extremely paranoid about it at first-but I trusted it in the end. I mean, I literally must have asked at least six times that they were going to be kept together and I HAVE IN WRITING they would NOT separate them. ...I would have NEVER had them go here if I knew this would have happened. I was also discouraged from visiting the first week which I now I find super suspicious. Despite that strong assurance, they were separated, and when I asked for them to be returned to me, my request was refused. THEY DIDNT EVEN TRY to get them adopted together!! Separating a bonded brother and sister was an unnecessary decision that ignored the bond these cats shared. I cannot imagine the stress and confusion Charlie and Lois may be experiencing after spending their entire lives together. And then look at the text message they sent me after going absolutely ballistic finding out that they didn't adopt them out together - telling me that they were not exhibiting any of the behaviors that I posted in the pictures. Ridiculous blatant lies. I am sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions. Based on what happened, I no longer have confidence in this organization or the commitments that were made to me. I also intend to pursue my legal options regarding this matter. Charlie and Lois deserve better. SHAME ON YOU ALL!

The default for my delicate wash load was 18 minutes for $3.75. The default to dry for my load was $2.75 for 30 minutes. Not bad! That made a big difference. I scheduled a pickup date and time, and they were on time and reliable. They stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process and even sent text updates, which I really appreciated. At one point, I couldn't find the pink slip, and they patiently walked me through what I needed to do. Luckily, after searching, I found it. They came, picked up the car, and wrote a check for the exact amount we agreed on. I understand every car is different and pricing will vary, but overall, as a first-time experience selling a vehicle this way, they made the process easy and stress-free. As a contractor I have rented equipment many times and by far this company EXCEEDED my expectations I am new to the area and have never being treated this great. They delivering equipment on time and I stepped into the excavator we rented and felt like it was a hotel room with a chocolate left on my pillow... what I found was a snack pack of treats to keep me going throughout the hot day on top of that the equipment worked really well and was well maintained!!
