I went to this nail shop to get a pedi by Kim and the next day I was in excruciating pain, boils on my toes, and difficulty walking. I had to go to the doctor and they told me to yelp them. I was prescribed some antibiotics and some pain killers. The doctor told me I had a severe infection and that it happens because nail shops don't properly sterilize there tools. They take so so long always . You try walk in or appointment and both are really bad . Will change this nail spot . I went from nails and pedi to just pedi and not even like that can they go fast . I only come here because they are close to my daytime location. Horrible the wait . That kills the whole experience. If you do mani and pedi they do it separate not at the same time after you waited to be attended already. Not recommended. They have signs with the Mgr number to let them know any problem and I've spoke to Kim many times they take too long . If they don't care that means customer service is not given and they don't care for their customers. So at the end of the day they lost a customer. Ridiculous waits are more than 45 to an hr wait . Second time coming here....... So yesterday me and my best friend decided to come here. for the second time the reason why was because the first time I it was really good. But this time I had a horrible experience. So me and my best friend walked in and we like one of the employees nails, she had almond nails and it was glittery. So me and my soul my best friend I asked her how much it will be? And she said it was going to be 45 and and I asked her how much would it be just for gel nails and she told me 25. So when she was doing my nails I asked her I would like the 25 one gel ones. Then she tells me is going to be 35 I told her you told me was gonna be 25 like that but in gel nails. So then I was upset because employee tells me one thing and then another employee tells me another thing. So we discussed about it and then I decided to do just a different color of gel color. Then both of the employees started talking about the situation and their language and I knew they were talking about me because we just of course just finished discussing about it and I was so upset and I didn't want to do my feet. But my friend was still doing her nails so I decided to do my feet. And then when Diana started doing my feet she decided to do a side comment about the situation of the color in jail and she was laughing with the other employee about it. So that's the last time I am ever going and if I do go back I'm going back Kim. Okay so let me start with the good then the bad. Good: this salon has amazing nail techs, they are good and nice they are attentive. They have a variety of color selections, there are also many of them there everyday so waiting is not too long (unless you go Saturday's, Sunday's or right before they close) this is my go to nail place I go every month. The bad: there are also bad nail techs, there are a couple of them who I dislike, one cute my cuticle and I started bleeding (never has this happened to me before only with her) and there is another lady who gets frustrated with me because my hand is too stiff (which I try not being stiff, I don't do it on purpose) you can see it all over her face that she's frustrated and she does great nails but she's rude. UPDATE I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE, AS ANOTHER REVIEW STATED THEIR IS NO USE IN MAKING AN APPOINTMENT THEY TAKE OTHER CUSTOMERS AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT BUT I CAN DEAL WITH THAT. What I can't deal with is this nail tech texting and on the phone the ENTIRE time she is doing my nails. (See picture) Super unproffesional, rude and aNnoying. I really like this place. So far all the people that have helped me been nice and make me feel welcome. Love all the work they have done on me. Mani, gel, acrylic, pedi, and individual lashes. Update: Yesterday May 9th, 2017 got my pedi and nails done. My nails were done perfectly by Annie but my pedi was done by this elderly women who left her 4 fingers marked on my leg. I felt she was rough but didn't think much of it until in the night when I notice the purple markings and the worst part is that today I'm on my way to Nuevo Vallarta where I am going to be showing a big hematoma! Not once did she asked me to move my foot like every other lady there does it, she will just grab my leg and move it. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I ALLOW HER TO DO ANYTHING ON ME! Don't go with the elderly lady with fake eyelashes. Update. 7/8/2017 The owner read my review and apologized for the incident. I started going to this place because our usual place is always busy. I needed a pedicure before going on a trip for the weekend. Called (Friday) to see if they have time for 2 pedicures for myself and daughter on Saturday they said not til noon but they had room that evening. I agreed. Told them I'd be there at 7pm because I was coming from work in Anaheim. I called my daughter and told her to uber to the location for our pedicures. I was seated almost immediately after I arrived at 6:40pm. So after 20min I asked, who's doing my daughters nails. They mentioned someone but then they were speaking in their own language. Another 20min and nothing. After almost an hour later my daughter says forget it I don't have time anymore because my husband was picking her up. We noticed they didn't want to help. When I go to pay I tell the manager Michelle and she tells me the girl didn't want to do my daughter nails because they had a problem with my husband the last time. I said my daughter has nothing to do with my husband. Next time don't tell me you have time and not attend to her. I was livid. This is what happened the last time. My husband and I are very busy people but try to get our nails done at least 1 a month. Her regular person (Kim) didn't do his nails even though she was there, so the new lady did his pedicure. She started ok but my husband likes his toes cut very short. So he asked her to cut down more and she was making excuses. He said Kim cuts them for him short she replies well if you like Kim why don't you have her doing it and walks away!!! So Kim finishes my toes (which were horrible) and Holly had to fix it. Holly knew they were horrible. I couldn't go to our trip to Hawaii with awful nails. Kim finished my husband nails and he was happy. He always tips VERY well. Every time we ask what we want done or how we want it, it's a problem here. Never have we had so many issues. Michelle didn't seem to care. I'm in guest servicing the girl should have asked my daughter and if she was ok if she'd be with her doing her nails. Yet, they just had her sit there with no help the entire time!! No apologies, nothing!! Never going back. Service and work was always mediocre and not worth returning. We pay for a service and they relay on good work, service and reviews for people to return and they act as if they don't care about retaining customers. read more

It's was my second time going there first time was 3 weeks ago for a full set Stacy (or Daisy) can't remember her name did a really good job nails lasted didn't break went back today to get a fill and pedicure. I feel he kinda rushed I had a hang nail that I had pulled off earlier and it was still tender he pushed on it with his nail trying to get the Polish off I said ouch he said oh few minutes later he did it again. He finally finished Kim still working on my oh so wonderful pedi she finishes and said just relax turned the chair on and I relaxed talking to another client. The guy comes up and says are you ready to pay I say yeah just a min I don't want reach in my pockets yet since I don't get gel I like to wait he then says you paying cash or card I say cash and say how much is it I knew my pedi was 28 but didn't know how much fill was didn't think it would be to high being my nails are not that long he thinks and then says 17 I was a little shocked but was like ok I guess I wait a min then the Owner comes out from where she was working very perfessional and ask if I'm ok I say yes I was just a little taken by the price she looks and says I'm sorry just pay 15 I say no if it's 17 i'll pay 17 she said no it's ok so they charge me I'm still in the chair waiting to make sure my toes are dry since they where still open n no one waiting why not relax right well the guy starts walking around and then gets his stuff and walks over to make sure I see he's leaving he also grabs his chair I give him a $2 tip and then he leaves for the night. The manager or owner not sure what her name is is super sweet and very friendly. This place is clean and there instruments are sterilized and you see them open a new packet with each guest. Had I gotten my pedicure from one of the other employees my review may be different but sadly my experience with my nail tech wasn't great. I received my pedicure from the only gentleman working here on the Sunday my daughter and I visited. Not only did he nick my cuticles at least twice and then continued to pull on the small piece of nail on the side of my toe that tends to pull on the cuticle until I had to say "ouch" and then proceeded to try and pull on it until I said ouch again, but he spent too much time trying to get rid of the cuticles that weren't even there anymore and left my toes extremely sore. He seemed to forget the steps and took a really long time. I sat in my chair for 90 minutes for the pedicure. Let's just say my butt was numb. My 4 year old had a bit of a hissy fit because I was getting a pedicure and sat on my lap the entire time and while everyone was sweet about her being upset you would think he would try to work a little quicker. My other daughter was done way before I was and we sat at the same time and I had already removed the nail polish and cut my nails to size way before I had even gotten there and my daughter still had to get all of that done. Plus he used his nail to clean up the polish on my skin which I really hate when nail salons do this. It takes less than a minute to use a brush with some acetone to clean up the edges once you are done. Don't dig your nail edge into someone's skin to scrape off nail polish. I would like to give this place another try as the prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly but I would never get my pedicure done by this employee ever again. The final product was good but my poor toes should not have been in pain afterwards. read more
