She shapes them so well, cleans them up if that's all you want. I even lived out of state for 3 years and still chose to come to Lovely! She is absolutely incredible. First time here. Full face says 30. She charged me $35 and said she gave me a discount of $9 off because of the eyebrow. Everywhere I go they charge $30 and that includes eyebrows. And she was not gentle at all. Will not be coming back. read more

I went yesterday for the first time and I found my new eyebrow place ! She took her time unlike other threading salons I've gone to where you go in and they thread you brows and lip in 3-4 minutes. My first time being here and last time. I'm not very picky but I do choose hygiene over anything. Seat wasn't cleaned up after the last person was done. And most of all, if I leave a tip, it'll be for a good cause. She didn't shape my eyebrows right. I told her I didn't want them thick and still left them pretty thick. She also left little hairs underneath my eyebrows. Sorry but this place is too much of a hype for no reason. read more

I had a perfect clean arch before Cita had touched it, but I left the salon with a jagged arch and the hairs refuse to grow back now. She was adamantly suggesting me to use caster oil to regrow hair (which is untrue btw - it's an old wives' tale) and was not listening to what I was saying. I was beyond speechless after that. Of course I left a tip but I will not be going back because that was the treatment I was given as a returning customer. Very disappointed. Was hoping for consistency in good work due to the 5-star review streak. Maybe other customers were purposefully being treated better than me. ‍

A few months ago, I injured my hands and thought my natural nails were beyond saving. Tyn suggested switching to builder gel and simply told me, "Trust the process." I'm so glad I listened. I used to be one of those "every two weeks" girls, but he always laughs and tells me, "Come on, I love you, but two weeks is too soon!" That's just how well his work holds up. The nail tech also didn't really understand English so it took her awhile to take off the product so I had to dip my foot inside so I wouldn't burn the rest of my toes.

Did a full face and eyebrows are included- i have not ONE clue what happened, since clearly our eyes are closed and we can't monitor what's going on until everything is done and we open and they tell us to check, but my brows got EFFED up. She threaded off MY REAL HAIR from the front AND THE TAIL END. She got scissors and starting cutting off a LOT and my brows look like a toddler got scissors and just cut me up. Yeah, i'm pretty upset due to HOW BAD this eyebrow threading turned out and nothing can be changed, but be warned, the newest lady (who is VERY nice and kind always) may not know what to do with your microbladed brows. Im SHOCKED at how terrible my brows came out and I have an incredibly important event this weekend. I see why many say do not do any cosmetic procedures when you have something important coming up. I'm hoping my hair grows back fast because i look RIDICULOUS. I will ONLY be going to Jody. I am truly SHOCKED and upset at how much of my real hair was chopped off and threaded off. This is crazy. I took my friend along with me and we were both extremely impressed! She was very sweet from the beginning and explained to us the differences between the different lashes you could get and how they work. I was honestly so surprised because the time went by so fast! We were just talking and we literally felt like we had known her forever.
