I drive from Marysville, CA to get my eyes brows done and because I was 5min late trying to find parking in the lot she charged me a late fee of $5 which is fine, but because I let her know I don't see why I'm being charged $5 dollars when my eye brows were finished in the 10min that she allows per customer. She told me she doesn't want to service me anymore. If this is what being a loyal customer gets me. I'm happy to take my money elsewhere where I'm appreciate. My lash retention has been pretty good too. They do require lash appointments to be booked a day in advance (no same day appointments). They also offer several other services here such as facials, make up, and hair. This is such a beautiful space and the gold adds such glamour. I found out from the owner that aurum is the Latin word for gold so the gold decor is very fitting here.
