Visited this location since my mom has had good experiences in the past. However, unfortunately, I wasn't impressed. The lady who did my eyebrows was a bit heavy handed and I kept wincing every time she pulled hairs. She then asked about my upper lip and I said no, thank you. Her response: you need it and laughed. Um...okay? My mom asked if she could use the restroom and was told that they don't have a public restroom, which we found hard to believe, especially for paying customers. Honestly, I only visited as a favor to my mom. My normal eyebrow lady is at Threading Era at the Arden Mall and I'm so sorry I cheated on her The only perk of this place is the price ($12 for eyebrows) and the convenient location (5 mins away from home). 5/100 read more

The place and nice and clean but everytime I come to this place the women is always rushing. Today she didn't even wipe the hair she removed with that napkin she asked me to do it. When I got in my car I had alot Of hair still. I was so upset. To make matters worst they have the tip defaulted to 30 and 40%. * This place is located near where I live. * Customer service is great. * I am able to come as a walk in. * Payment is easy! Cash or card accepted. I've come here a few times and this may be my new spot! I will say this... The last time I visited, the lady threaded my eyebrows differently. I prefer clean ups only and to keep my eyebrows arched. Never come here! I just needed a clean up bc I couldn't make it to the place I usually go to. She completely messed up my eyebrows. I have a wedding to go to tomorrow and my eyebrows are messed up. When I told her she messed up she kept making excuses. She said my eyebrows were uneven already. Um no ma'am my eyebrows were thick and grown out I just needed a clean up. I think my eyebrows were so thick it kept breaking her thread but the end result is so worth it I have eyebrows again. I love the shape and she took her time making sure they were even and perfect. Threaded off half of one of my eyebrow even though I said little cleanup only. And like all the other reviews have said she just made excuses that the hair was thin. Everyone is stay away from this place. The lady there does not know how to thread. She is learning by practicing on customers. Ruined my eyebrows and it hurt alot. It never hurts to thread eyebrows, been doing it for years. Will never go again. Came back to edit the next day, went I went home my eyes are not shaped at all. I showed her the pic of my previous eyebrows so she knew what I wanted but she ruined them. Also I have thread burns all of my eyebrows. How do you thread that It causes thread burns? This is for 01/21/22. I normally come here all the time. My usual eyebrow lady wasn't there so I let someone new to me do my brows. I have never experienced so much pain when getting my brows done. She was pressing so hard that the thread snapped on me 6 times just for one eyebrow. She was going to start the next one, but I asked to see the one she just finished, and it was swollen and bleeding - the shape was all wrong. I left without getting the other eyebrow done. Had to come home and ice it. Comparing my two brows didn't even look any different. It still looked the same as before just with less hair. She pulled out the hairs I need for my shape. Now I have to wait to grow that eyebrow back to get it fixed and will have a scab. read more

I went to get my eyebrows done today and I had a TERRIBLE experience! The lady left me bleeding! I have never experienced that. She said it was because the way I was holding. Called ahead for a 6pm appt; she refused that time since it was "too close to closing time". Per her request for an earlier time, we agreed on 5:30pm. I was driving from Yuba City, so my schedule was tight. Upon arriving, she was helping a walk-in customer. After she finished, she gestured to help the other person. It was now past 5:45pm, and she seemed to have completely disregarded my appointment.. When I spoke up, saying I had called in for the 5:30 appointment she told that I would need to wait until she helped the Second walk-in customer. Because it's "first come, first serve". I took my teenage daughter to get her eyebrows done for the first time and I was very happy with the results. Her eyebrows look very clean and they were able to shape them naturally. I liked them so much that I will try it. I usually pluck my eyebrows and hairs were too short to try today. For one I was trying to figure out what she was doing and what was taking so long because my eyebrows look almost the same as when I went in there, then boom I figure out apparently she was threading my skin because I have a cut on my eyelid which I never had happen before!
