The kind woman on the phone said they do not take kittens but would be happy to help if Alicia the groomer consented. She did, so I brought my kitten mango in. Not only were they so gentle and kind, they made sure to get to know mango and my's backstories. I even heard the groomer make it a point to meet the parents of other dogs she has just groomed to ensure she was 100% happy. I was nervous mango wouldn't like it, but she was so calm and sweet with them. I expected to pay about $20.... but nope! FREE OF CHARGE because all they wanted was for mango to get home okay. Goodness. Truly great people. This place needs more reviews and I would recommend 100% P.S mango says thanks!!

The staff there are friendly and professional. The facility doesn't have fancy frills or live-streams but it's affordable price reflects that and my dogs could care less. There have been a few times I asked for updates and the staff have sent me photos and videos of my dogs to ease my concerns. Overall, it's a great business that gives me peace of mind that my dogs are getting exercise and positive engagement.

As we drive there, he gets very excited to go and runs in the door every time! Every staff member greets your dog like he/she is their own. They have different sized kennel options, very spacious play areas/"farm like" acreage, extra services (ie extra walks, play time, baths etc) and can customize services whether you have an energetic dog or mellow dog. They don't judge or balk at owners who want to bring in blankets or pillows etc to make their boarded dog feel "at home" & safe (which is extra important for those rescue dogs or anxiety ridden dogs). I also believe their fees are reasonable so you get the bang for your buck! If you have a question or concern or they do, they are patient, calm & professional in discussing it. I really enjoy the proximity of the daycare to my house, right in Windsor Heights. Also, Kim handles business through a portal which makes it easy to pay, shows what additional services are available, and what I love most is she texts and uploads pictures of their walk and dog park adventures. She offers anything from nail clipping to boarding. I also like that she will come to your house and feed/let the dog out if you don't want your dog to stay away from home while you're gone. If your pooch is hanging out in a crate all day everyday like mine was, Kim offers a really great opportunity to get them out of the crate for a day(s) and running with a pack, which Pedro loves.

The owner is amazing, she is very attentive and listens when you have any concerns or needs. My pup comes home smelling amazing and nails perfectly trimmed! Plus she lets him socialize with her dog and other dogs which has really helped him come out of his shell. The only thing I can criticize is the hours (closed by 1 or 2 depending on the day) but other than that I have nothing but great things to say!
