A week and a half later, we had a new furnace and new hot water heater, 2 days ahead of schedule. John communicated with me daily, let me know of anything unexpected, and was on time and on budget. Managing repairs from afar is always a challenge, but John made it easy with great communication, including pictures. We recently bought a new home in the Berkshires and Steve has been there for us, addressing a few issues identified by the home inspector (e.g. ungrounded outlets), installing new dedicated circuits for air conditioners as well as other outlets we needed, installing sensor lighting outside, and ensuring that a nonoperating lamp post had been safely disconnected by previous homeowners. Steve is consistently responsive and reliable and his rates are very reasonable. He's a very thoughtful, thorough troubleshooter. Plus, he's just a joy to have around, a very kind person. All while telling us only what we already knew, and then telling us to pick up a part ourselves. Steve Drager even led us on a wild goose chase to a local business that hasn't had an electrical supply department for years. Payment was made with the understanding that the job would be completed. But Drager is refusing to complete the job, and won't even answer the phone or call us back after 3 weeks.

And never forget, every company is always learning. This company is not afraid to learn. As a customer and new business owner, i was able to assist them to send me their first invoice using Square.
