My landlord wouldn't answer. I called NFG. Within 15 minutes the guy was here. To make a long story short, this man shut down my water heater, checked every gas line in the house. I intalled a four ton unit at my property and they screwed up so badly that it took me a over a year and several reworks to pass inspection. My water heater is already rusting and they seem disinterested in providing any solution. They claim that the 12 month warranty is passed, so they want me to pay to fix it. This took four months of me complaining to get any sort of response. I honestly think they stalled in responding, just so teh warranty period would pass. They are forcing me to replace it myself or sue them to get them to honor the contract. During the sales and install, I asked repeatedly about maintenance and service and the only answer I got - from clerical staff, field technicians, and teh owner himself - was taht the system is almost zero maintenance. Two weeks after the check cleared they started bombarding me with sales pitches to buy their service package. Suddenly, the system needed six month PMs, annual inspections for leaks, etc. Every call or question is like pulling teeth once they have their money. A rotten organization. I had my granddaughter with me that day which I had an emergency with her had to leave from watching the driver so I did not catch the damage he'd done at the time until I was leaving the house the following Monday that he put a big rut in my front yard with his tire and pushed the sod up so high I cannot mow over it I called them to ask them to come and fix the damage done and they said that their driver said he didn't do that but he saw me watching him the whole time so I'm assuming when he was watching me the whole time as he put the rut in the grass and he they refuse to fix it I would not have them do any other business for me ever or I would not advise it because they're unwilling to fix their drivers mistakes they're not honest nor upfront with it they told me that my neighbor was responsible for it then they told me to call the county where I live in and they were responsible for it not their driver everybody else but them was responsible I sure would like to know how they got to that conclusion so they get a zero actually a double zero ratingfrom me

They turn off gas for more than one tenant for what one tenant does. When the tenant that has a…read morebaby and pays before the gas service person comes out, they have no way to verify that the bill was payed online or not even though every time I pay I have a confirmation number. I see as the landlord that it has successfully been paid online. Yet the dominion system "does not have a way to confirm if a payment has been made". Which is strange in that in other circumstances they have known right away. With service that show up at houses I have gotten great service. The system they have set up for the people you call is horrid and I don't blame them. That is generally a management decision. They should have some way to rectify when they have hurt paying customers and are causing more inconvenience for the paying as they have to be disturbed again for the gas to be turned back on. Also, they put you at the bottom of the list and no guess time when they are coming which could be as late as midnight. Which they think they are punishing the late payment people but they are punishing their other paying customers.
