I called and they promptly sent Eric to clean the unit and solve the problem. I live on Social Security. Eric and Bonnie ( the contact lady at their office) worked very hard to solve my problem as quickly and inexpensively as possible. My unit was very old (25+ years). It was decided that the logs and gas pieces needed to be replaced. Eric installed the new items within an hour, cleaned up everything and even offered to bring in my trash cans from end of the driveway. Polite, courteous, efficient service above and beyond. I made a reservation one week in advance and when I visited, they had the aerator in stock and in perfect working condition. They helped me load it up and I was on my way. The aeretor was of very good quality, but it was a little hard to maneuver. I wish they had a riding aerator, that might have made things easier. But it did the job in excellent fashion. My lawn is thanking me. The service was fast and efficient during pick-up and drop-off.
