First and last visit! Don't let the 5 star reviews fool you. The girl who did my pedicure didn't say one word to me, even when I said hello. Then she didn't put a top coat on and when I asked for the top coat she told me she already did it. I was watching and noticed she didn't do it, my mom sitting in the chair next to me noticed she didn't do it, and the girl sitting in the chair on my other side (who I didn't even know!) all told them "no, there's no top coat". They proceeded to talk to each other and then tell me they did it, kept arguing with me when THREE CUSTOMERS all agreed there was no top coat. I was basically called a liar, a sloppy top coat was put on, and I was then told "there now you have two top coats". I've never been treated so poorly at a salon in my life. The Customer Service was terrible!!!! The owner was very rude and unprofessional! I had an appointment at 6:15 for a fill and when I arrived for my 6:15 appointment mind you I was 10 minutes early. I request with the owner TO ADD a pedicure to my fill appointment .. In witch she agreed.. Once my fill was complete the nail tech and I proceeded to the pedicure station area where I took off my shoes and the owner stated NO PEDICURE PUT YOUR SHOES ON .... THE TECH AND I WERE IN SHOCK !! Had a mani pedi here the other day for the first Time: the location is good for me. The pedicure was standard, nothing to brag about. My gel manicure looks great. I asked for some nail art and let that girl do her thing. I'm very happy with the outcome. I did ask for the package they offer which provides a very small discount for getting two service but was charged more in the end. Tony did a terrible job I wanted coffin shape and my nails look lopsided and round i had to tell him multiple times to shape them better and all the gel color swatches don't match with the numbers I had to change the color multiple times because the colors weren't what the swatches made them look like I wanted a white color told him the number for it and he came back with a dark purple that's a bad sign there won't ever be back read more

I was satisfied from the moment I walked into the beautiful salon. The gentleman who helped me was smoking outside when I arrived but quickly washed his hands before helping me- which was nice. I had a basic pedicure which came with hot stones, ten minute massage, and the basics. The pedicure was the cheapest offered at $23. I went there to get my toes done (pedicure) & painted took forever , was helping other customers before me considering I walked in first and made an appointment, then when I got my nails done that took forever & I went to get them done on the 13th , I have both my thumb nails , both my middle fingers, and one of my index fingers BROKEN !! I am extremely disappointed in the way my nails were done at other places I haven't had a nail break until after a month if not longer , so I'm super mad and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone , unless they do something about it ... then the pedicure I got done the design n nail polish when I got home which was a about a 20 min drive home I go to put socks on and when I took them off and my right big toes is completely RUINED :( and I was so sad because the other foot looks beautiful . Terrible! I got a gel manicure & pedicure. She forgot the top coat on one of my feet and the polish on both was awful. She didn't even cover my entire nail on a couple of toes! The manicure was a little better. She had a hard time because she was trying to do it with a pillow on my lap while the other lady was doing my pedicure and moving my legs. The manicure didn't even come with any sort of massage! I will absolutely never return!! There are way too many options around here to give them a second chance. read more

I asked him to buff/file a rough spot on my big toenail and he started to but then grabbed the clippers and made the nail super short. Just like any business though, a good nail salon is extremely hard to find. I'm the kind of guy who likes to have nice hands and feet. Nothing is more disgusting than shaking a nasty hand or seeing wretched tiger claw, ankle cracked feet out here in the wild metropolitan. If I was seeing your nasty feet while on an episode of 21 days naked and afraid, then I would totally not say anything but when you live in the city and there's just no excuse to not take care of yourself. I absolutely hate feet and will not touch them but they better look good if you're going to parade them around town in your $1 flip flops. I know some of you came here for my quirky antics but for the rest of your here's the review.... I like to make several visits to an establishment before I write a review. Unless, that establishment doesn't deserve a second chance which is highly unusual. I got dragged to this place initially by my girlfriend because it's her favorite. This place is great, you make an appointment and you show up and they are ready for you. Most places I've been to, you make an appointment and you still have to wait. What's the point to make an appointment right.....? They seem to have a ton of nail polish colors if you're into that. For me I like to go all natural. They have little bottles of water on stock to keep you from being parched. All the ladies here have been super friendly and I can't complain about the quality or service. Prices seem pretty average not higher than most places I've checked out. Even though they joke and kid around with me about selecting a nail polish color they don't mind changing the tele to accommodate me being the only guy in there. Haha. now I've got 2 nail places that I really like and feel comfortable with getting my nails done at. Here's 1 of them so if it's close to you give them a try. read more
