I had called and made an appointment the day prior. I was just planning to come here because someone told me they do gel nails for $35. But now my daughter wanted to come and get acrylics and a couple of my natural nails had broke so I decided to call and see how much it was for a set and they said $55. Based on that pricing I agreed. Came at my appointment time and they got to work on us right away. Unfortunately, there was multiple miscommunication issues. I had shown a picture of what I wanted. And said I wanted the designs on the white nails multiple times. Unfortunately I was in a crunch and had family photos later, so I just kind of let it happen. But the color was not the same in the photo and as well, the designs were on the wrong nails. As well for both sets, they came out to $90 instead of 55 and I literally got the most simplest design ever and two colors, no jewels. Same with other set two colors nothing crazy. I will say, even though my nails didn't turn out in the design was sloppy. My daughter's nails were beautiful and completely perfect. I will say her that was more worth the 90 than mine for sure. $70 pedicure and all my toenails are crooked. The lady put the nail polish on and the color was not the same as the one I picked so she just put the new color over the other color. She charged me for a color change so idk why she just put it over the other color. The lady working in the first booth by the cash register was clearly talking crap just because I didn't like my color her client was a old lady that couldn't control her laughing because the worker was talking crap witch was very unprofessional. Ugh. I am always worried to try new nail places. I was going to be in this area with some time to kill so I popped in. Pedicure and a full set. From a distance nails look fine. But if you look even remotely close you can see how terribly uneven and thick they are. So disappointing when you spend so much $$ and time. Have been going here for years. Granted I'm not a consistent customer but go every few months. Had never had an issue. About 6 weeks ago I had gone to get a dip manicure and had gotten a lady that wasn't very personable (last few times had been guys), but that was ok as long as she did my nails it was fine. I had asked for a french nail with dip (had gotten this before with no problems)... she did the base as dip but when applying the french she used gel. When i asked her why she was doing gel all she could answer was "it looks better." I ended up not pushing the subject and the nails looked nice so I let it be... even though I paid $65 and she didn't even give me a hand massage like I always get! The reason I pay for dip is because I do a lot of housework so I know they will last more. Of course the gels ended up chipping and not lasting as much as the dips would've. Fast forward to today, of course I got the same lady (wish I had her name but didn't catch it). I wanted a mani/pedi... pedi was with gel, which I asked for and was great. During that time I explained I wanted a french manicure with just dip; made it clear no gel. When it came time to do my nails I noticed her prepping the nails the same way she did the other time but wasn't saying anything at the beginning because kept trying to convince myself that she wasn't doing it again after I was really clear. I finally asked her if she was doing everything with dip. She gave me attitude and said "you chose a gel color! Next time you want dip you need to choose a dip color!" I told her that was irrelevant because I had clearly stated I wanted dip and if I had chosen a gel color then she should've asked me to go back and choose from the dip colors. She proceeded to start to file my nail very aggressively to accommodate for the french tip. Since I has asked to get a light pink french tip she proceeded to say that "colored" french tips don't come out as nice as a white tip because of the composition of the powder. She did one nail and asked if I liked it (she didn't seem to be a fan of the pink color). I said I liked it and to please proceed. She kept being aggressive with the file and at one point accidentally put some pink powder on my pinky where the nail should be clear. She thought I didn't notice but she was rushing to get done, it seems she was bothered that dips take longer. I noticed she kept trying to sand it down but at the end it had a haze. Once she was nearing the end and I realized it wasn't fixed I told her I noticed what had happened she said she would fix it after she went to do a wax on someone else. When she came back she semi-fixed it and again decided not to say anything because I was done with the process. She never told me to go wash my nails and put the cuticle oil on. Once she did that I asked her if I should go wash my hands and she said I should. As I was walking to the sink I noticed that the super glue type substance was all over my hands and under my nails (I know this is common but had never had the amount I had this time). I asked her how I can remove all the glue from my hands and she had me sit down. She used the electric file to take it off as best she could but I am still taking some off as we speak. I asked her how much it would be for me and my daughters gel manicure and she said $43 for the pedi, $55 for the dip mani, and $35 for my 10 year olds gel mani. I told her I had come 1-2 months ago and paid $30 for the same thing my daughter had done today. She said I would have to talk to the owner. She called the owner and he proceeded to say he couldn't change it because the owner wasn't there. I told him i had been told he was the owner, he said he wasn't. When it came time to pay I told them I would zelle the payment didn't they had it as an option. She said the owner needed to witness the zelle payment... well guess who stood up... the same guy that said he wasn't the owner. He offered to take off the $5 and I told him to not worry... I paid and left a tip cause I'm not that type of person. My nails looked ok despite all the chaos... not perfect but paying $55 plus tip with no massage again was a bummer. Plus my nails are in pain right now for the way she handled them for the hour it took to do them . Just a bummer that a relaxing time (which I don't get very often) turned into such a stressful moment! My daughter witnessed it all as well... just a complete disaster! Ugh!! read more

So this is still my go to spot! I absolutely love it here and Trina is my girl. She is always down to try new fun colors and they always look great! I have gone through phases of long and short lengths. Right now I'm rocking short and super vibrant watermelon inspo colors. I do a dip mani and gel pedi. It lasts me 4-5 weeks depending on what shenanigans I get into. I suggest booking a appointment so you get the time slot you need but they are also really accommodating when it comes to walk ins. read more

I came here for the first time for a dip and he said it would be $45. It took them 2 hours and to file down all my nails 4 separate times because they were sooo thick! Looked like literal gumdrops on my hands giving me so much anxiety. At the end he charged me an extra $5 dollars because of the shape?? I thought shaping has always been included? He even started to pull my fingers as I kept telling him they were so thick. He turned and said something to the ladies and they all gave me a look. Worst nail salon I've been too so far. The nail salon itself looks clean and modern but the pedicure and manicure was terrible. My nails were done by one of the guys and they came out just as bad as my toes, they are chunky and uneven and he didn't ask what length I wanted he just went in, after he cut the first one I had no choice but to go with the same length for all of them even tho I wanted them longer. He also almost forgot to put a top coat, I had to remind him and the lady who did my toes got gel around my toes and was going to leave them like that, I had to ask her to clean them up. Originally I had asked for a pearl looking color and after they put the wrong color they just when over it with a white that I didn't even agree too lol overall just terrible and so uncomfortable. Went in for a full set and pedicure. Before I could even begin pick a color I was rushed to a chair. I told her I wanted medium length coffin shape and a nice summer design. She suggested I look on Pinterest while she was starting to put the set on. She started with super long tips and cut it half way but was still longer than medium length. I mentioned i wanted shorter and she said it would shorten as she shaped and filed them. After she was satisfied with the length and shape she wanted to start on the polish. I mentioned they were still a bit long and she mumbled something I couldn't understand. I showed her a design to which she said it would not be smooth and to pick another. Apparently I was taking too long so she pulled out her phone and showed me her Pinterest page to pick designs from. Since it was her phone I assumed she was confident in doing the designs. I pointed out one and she made a comment that she would have to use colored acrylic for it and she already used regular. I finally settled on a subtle chrome look that transitioned from pink to purple to a light blue. I was concerned about how she was applying the design because from my viewpoint it looked like likes and no transition/blend from one color to the next. I didn't say anything as I assumed she'd blend it after applying all the colors. I assumed wrong. Admittedly I wasn't paying attention as she was applying it and shoving my hand in the light curing thing. During the process she nicked my nail on the side which caused a gouge in it. She blamed me and was visibly upset that she had to fix it. When all was said and done, I paid $79 for a full set that was way longer than I asked for, super thick and uneven, and designed to look like a child painted them. The pedicure was better but at the end she walked away to help another customer and never came back to check if my toes were dry (I got regular polish). My daughter got a set at the same time by a different lady. While the shape, length, and design came out much better on her that lady told my daughter to get up and sit in the next chair over in the middle of her set so the woman could work on someone else. We were there for almost 3 hrs and the pedicures took half hour at best. For the amount of money I paid, I expected a higher quality of work and customer service. If i could give zero stars i would. Absolute worst nail salon i have ever been to. My sister and i went in for manis and pedis today , hers came out okay but my pedi was so bad i didn't even dare to do my mani. I have acrylic on one toe and asked her to remove it she said okay and proceeded trimming and cleaning up my toes. She trimmed them all slanted and super short (as seen in picture ) and then she cut me very bad on one toe (also pictured) mind you she still hasn't removed my acrylic on one toe. I asked again and the man next to her told her again to take it off and they all kept telling me to keep it on or else my toenail will look too short. I insisted i wanted it off and she said okay. She then started massaging my legs, i looked noticeably upset and another lady came up to me and asked if i wanted it removed i said yes and she took over. I started telling her everything that was wrong and she kept saying "ok ok ok" basically shutting me up. So from having horrible service , cut , horrible nail job and all the hassle you would think they would offer at least a small discount but nope. Very underwhelmed by my gel pedi. I have been a loyal client for a while and wont be getting a pedi here ever again. There is pink polish all over my skin, I asked to keep my nails long and they are short and crooked. I have a broken toenail and asked if he could fix it, as other salons will add a tip, but he just filed it even shorter to even it out but now im left with almost no nail. My receipt says his Name is "Boss" and maybe he was just having a rough day but what I got in the end was not worth $40. I also got an SNS dip powder set by Nicki and she is absolutely amazing!!! I had a 9 am Palazzo Pedicure with Anise and it was hands down BEST PEDICURE EVER!!! The place is spotless and cozy!! Everyone is very friendly and they do not up-sell!!! The best customer service I have ever experienced with the many nail salons I have gone too. Went in on Friday night with my sis (date) due to another nail salon cancelling on our appointment 30 minutes before . I was talked into getting SNS. The lady up front told me to give them a try and that they can make the SNS thinner. Tracy did my nails and we started talking (she is their lash tech) so I ended up booking my appt the next day for my lash extension (first time ever). Anyways when I went to pay the lady up front asked if I liked the SNS I told her "no" they were still a bit thicker than I would like. She asked Tracy to make them a bit thinner, which she did. So I went home that night and was still not loving them. Next morning I went in for my lash extensions. Tracy was very thorough in her explanation of what she was doing, what to expect and made the whole experience very pleasant. At first I was not sure if I liked the look, mainly because I don't normally wear mascara so it took some getting used to my eyes popping like that . Took me about a day before I got used to them and now I love it. Monday morning is spent doing my yelp reviews instead of doing my make up (lol)! Ok, so here is where their customer service really shines!!! Tracy asked me if I got used to my nails and I said "no" and asked if we could fix them. Without hesitation she said let's us just take them off and she will give me a gel mani instead. Now I love my nails and my eyelashes. Just in time for Thanksgiving dinner with the in laws! worst experience coming here. nail tech reused the same tools she used on someone else on me!!! foot file, cuticle nippers, nail file and buffer!!!! to say i'm disgusted is an understatement!!! the tubs were dirty! pedicure was not good. massage was not good. my heal literally hurts from the foot file. and they resure the same jets without cleaning them even tho they come apart to make cleaning easier!!!! i'm so mad at myself for not stoping the service when i should have!! beyond upset do not get pedicures here. extremely unsanitary. read more
