They offer a wide variety of country/old-fashioned breakfast and lunch items. I ordered the Denver omelet with hashbrowns and a biscuit with gravy. The omelet came out piping hot with perfectly diced and crunchy bell peppers. The ham had a nice flavor and crispness. I really enjoyed the flavor of the gravy. It had the perfect amount of pepper in it and wasn't overly runny. The biscuits however were a bit hard, almost as if they had come out of a can. The hashbrowns were mushy to me. The coffee also came out warm at best. They were not crispy and were slightly soggy. The food is a little pricy but the portions are large. Country Skillets is decorated like a Hobby Lobby. It is super cute and pretty intimate. It is definitely loud and a tad crowded. Our server was nice and brought out food out very quickly despite it being busy. She came by frequently to offer refills and bring napkins. After you receive your bill at the table, you pay at the front counter. I love restaurants like this because it definitely saves time! Then for some reason the asian woman responded with this attitude that it was fresh and brought out. I could tell she got irritated because she disappeared to the back and never seen. The white woman rung us up, but then you can tell she was brushed off with the same attitude of the asian woman and she rung us up so quickly to get us out. This was similar to our last visit from a year ago and I still remember that visit! Ambiance is great on the first minute before you enter with the aroma, but once you make contact at the front counter and make requests. Good luck! The 3 stars here is strictly the hopia and pandesal we bought that were amazing. The customer service was deteriorated by 2 stars. Just want to make that clear!
