Would not recommend. Paid $250 plus tip for detailing. Many spots missed. The worst part of this is the rear console, it is an SUV, was pulled out with cup holders exposed so they could clean it. Coke had been spilled in both cup holders and we were having it derailed to sell. Thank goodness I checked it before we went to the dealership. Stopped here on a nice sunny day bc im too lazy to do it myself. Lol. They were pretty busy..but it was on a Saturday. There is shopping really close by so thats convenient while you wait. They also have a small waiting area inside. The staff were very friendly and entertaining. Maybe i dont know the cost of detailing these days but i did think the prices were a little steep. I ordered a full detail. They did a pretty good job on the outside but the inside wasnt as great. I think when you have a team doing so many vehicles in one day...things can fall through the cracks. The inside of my car needed the most work so i was a little disappointed the next day when i could see that the areas between the front seats were still pretty dirty. I do think i will give them another shot...maybe just a regular ole wash next time. read more

I purchased an interior cleaning for my husbands truck , as a birthday gift. For a $150.00 certificate, they vacuumed & wiped the dash. They did not vacuumed under the seats, back seat pockets, or under the back seat. Didn't wipe down any of the interior trim at all. They convinced me to get the better detail service. I figured I want it nice and clean to go to a wedding tonight. They say it will take 1.5 hours...ok I have plenty of time. 3 HOURS later they tell me it's ready. The seats are soaked and there's still dirt in obvious places...now I can't drive my wife and friends to the wedding that I have to be at in 30 minutes because we'll all be soaked.... 100% waste of money time and patience! Just got my car cleaned. I come fairly often however today Sean did an exceptional job. My car looks brand new! And for $20? What a steal!

THANK GOD I am not a regular who has to come here and get my car cleaned. This is possibly the worst service I have ever seen provided by a car wash facility. At first I thought I'd give the guys the benefit of the doubt because it was an extremely hot day in the summer, but then I started actually watching the guys "work"..... Most of the guys ended up standing around talking to their coworkers while "cleaning". I'm all for having fun at work, but they would literally stop what they were doing and stand around for 5 mins at a time to talk. My friend's car actually got washed twice because they forgot they had already scrubbed it down. The guy was too busy talking to his coworker when this happened. I think my favorite part of this whole experience was watching one of the workers actually sit in the trunk of a customer's SUV, not once but TWICE (I posted a picture of this)!!!! BOTTOM LINE: Please don't be lazy. Wash your own car!! Get your friend to wash your car!! Just don't waste your money here!!!!! read more

I had to clean my own cup holders. My dash was still dusty. The trunk wasn't vacuumed(and I asked if it was included and they said yes). I still had dried up smoothie that had spilled on my bumper. Also have a scratch in the paint on my driver door. My car looked like they sprayed some type of oil mist that dried up and didn't get wiped. So I had to spend more money at another car wash. Definitely a waste of time. And the front desk manager wasn't wearing his mask. Here's a photo of me going through a car wash just hours later and having to clean the exterior myself. Also had to vacuum the entire vehicle because they didn't do it. The worst car wash we've ever been to. The guy who did our car did not know what he was doing at all. The owner did not seem to care at all and when my husband complained that there were water spots everywhere and places that were not cleaned, he just shrugged and brushed it off like that was normal. He took no responsibility for it at all or even tried to fix it. We will NEVER go back. I'm pretty sure my kids could do a better job washing it at home. Also, you get what you pay for. I met the owner of the establishment and we went over what I wanted done, the areas inside I wanted extra attention given to, & the agreed upon price. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, it looked great... from the outside. When I looked inside to inspect the work... well here's what WASN'T done: - all the cupholders were still dirty. - all the doorsill pockets were still dirty. - the center console was still dusty. I pointed out to the gentleman who cleaned my SUV the neglected areas and asked that he go over them again, which he did. Well here's what STILL WASN'T done when he was finished: - all the cupholders were less dirty. - all the doorsill pockets were less dirty. - the center console was less dusty. - the steering column was dusty. - the back of the rear seats was COMPLETELY missed. Came to Klean King today for a wash and shampoo. The owner tried to get me to do a detail instead. He first said the price was $150 but because it was Wednesday, there is a ladies special for $100. When they wanted me to pay first I decided against it. Who pays for a service before you receive it? I did spend $60 on the shampoo and wash because I had to get my car cleaned. This business is actually "Klean King" and my experience was exactly the same as Matthew W.'s paid $100 and got talked into a detail and they didn't even bother to vacuum my interior or my cargo area. When I spoke with the owner he said he would let them do it again which they did and it still wasn't up to par. The owner then said he could only give me $10 off the $100 because I still got a premium wash... Are you serious??? I can get a better wash paying $5 and Pelican Pointe and vacuuming the car myself! I came here based on a recommendation (without checking Yelp reviews first). My mistake. They sold me a wash and wax for $50. On the trip here I got lots of bugs on the front and that was my main reason for wanting the wash. After an hour and a half the guy comes to get me. I went to the front to inspect and it looked like nothing had been done. They guy tells me "that's in your paint." Just a week ago I detailed it and it was spotless. When I told him, "No, it's not in the paint, the bugs are on top of the paint. It just takes some cleaner compound and small, light circular motions on the bug. Can I show you?" I then heard that he's been there 15 years and there was nothing I was going to show him about how to clean paint. He owns the shop! Really . . . There were still bugs on the windshield. I asked him if those were in the paint as well. What this kid never thought about was that maybe somebody besides himself knows something about paint. This went on and the situation got worse. He was going to attack the front end of my car with a DeWalt rotary polisher loaded with a bristle brush before I stopped him. He couldn't use a cloth without cross contaminating the silicone tire spray all over the rest of the car. What a disaster. After arguing with him and his supervisor, I just left. Just wasn't worth the trouble. I recommend everyone steer clear of this place, unless your looking for frustration and a bad job, or damage to your car if you're not watching them. read more

I usually bring my cars here to get detailed. Never have an issue and my cars typically look great after. Manager is always really nice and gives me a good deal when I bring both cars to get done. One thing I don't like is being asked for a tip. (Willie usually always ask for a tip) I always tip, always, and sometimes even more when they do a really good job. Those men are working their butts off in the sun. But I find it especially rude to be asked for a tip after I just finished paying a lot of money for full details. read more

I personally went there after shopping around. I'm a small business owner for 30 plus years. These guys do everything by hand, and they are not rushed because they are not on a line. They addressed things that the chain stores didn't want to address. Because of the way the shop is run. each job is personally addressed to complete satisfaction. For a place as busy as this I can't believe people actually complain about a hand wash and all the detail they put into it. I know sometimes people miss things as a person who takes pride in detailing my own car. But they really did a pretty great job on my car. If you want things done perfectly do it yourself and quit whining. The hand wash here is no comparison to a machine wash at places that use professional car wash equipment that drives through with brushes and power sprays. I had to touch up spots that were still dirty and were easy to remove. They basically use a water hose and rags to wash with little touch up sprays where needed. The wash system here takes a minimal of an hour to complete if getting the inside done too. read more

Too hot to do it myself. They did pretty good job except the windows. They let the water dry and now I have spots on all of my windows. I never had spots on my windows ever in my Avalon. My wife went over there, and they were telling her that a brand new car needed a $20 wash, and a $50 wax. She said it was total chaos as kids were jumping all over the office while workers were smoking all over her car (she is allergic to smoke).
