It's a small little bakery that just proves the saying big things come in small packages. To start the staff is beyond friendly and attentive. I was greeted quickly and offered free samples which were delicious. I came to pick up a Strawberry Pavlova cake for a birthday but I couldn't wait so I ordered a small personal one for me. They also threw in a complimentary cuarto leche sample which was unexpected. Such a nice touch. The Pavlova was delicious. The perfect balance of sweet of the dulce de leche and the freshness of the Strawberries. The shop itself was extremely clean and minimalistic which I enjoyed. Overall I would definitely come back and think its a great option for any celebration.

The display is filled with tempting cookies, bread pudding, cake slices, sweet breads, Rice Krispie treats, mini pies, and other irresistible desserts. I thought I had already made up my mind, but then they started offering samples, which completely changed my decision. In addition to their regular menu, they feature rotating seasonal and limited-time specials. They also serve coffee which is the perfect partner to their rich desserts. I ended up with the Coconut Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookie, the White Chocolate Macadamia Cookie, and the Toffee Bread Pudding. Before visiting Cindy Lou's, bread pudding wouldn't have even made my list of top ten desserts. After just one bite, I had to order it. It was rich, buttery, moist, and unforgettable. The cookies were equally impressive, thick, soft, loaded with flavor, and easily among the best I've ever had. They are on an entirely different level from the typical commercial cookie chains. When she delivered it, the cake definitely exceeded my expectations. She did an awesome job on capturing a look from the opening credits of SBTB. All of the girls were in love with it, and the bachelorette's face lit up when we surprised her with the cake. The flavors of the cake I chose were 4 layers of red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting between the layers. Covering the cake was a vanilla butter cream frosting with fondant as the top layer. Let me tell you, this had to be one of the best red velvet cakes I've had so far! The cake was also moist and the cream cheese frosting was not too sweet either.
