The short version: Jeff does outstanding work, just hire him if you need awesome. The long version: I found Jeff via Yelp and set an appointment to meet with him. He was flexible with times and we met at my home so he could meet me, see the place, and most importantly meet my precious pup. He brought a portfolio of his information, types of cleaning products (traditional or eco and pet/kid safe), what he does for different types of cleaning jobs (move in/move out, maintenance, one-time, etc.), his credit report, background check, and process for securely storing keys. He has a calm, assertive and competent air that set me at ease immediately. He was wonderful with my dog. I explained my need for help cleaning my small condo as I was struggling with a health issue that the doctors were still figuring out. He was honest and more than helpful. I urged him to set a price that made sense in the long term as I wanted a mutually beneficial relationship that would last over time, not just be the cheap for now and later have to revisit pricing. His price was still great! $55 for 700sq ft condo maintenance cleaning, which I wanted bi-weekly, so it came out to be $110/month - AND he invoiced me via PayPal! It just doesn't get easier than that. Maintenance cleaning: Jeff has a front-and-back sheet of what he does for maintenance cleaning, plus room for notes on any specifics or special asks. The result was amazing! My place looked, smelled, and felt clean all over. My dog was happy and was an extra something like peaceful after Jeff's visits. I recommended him to neighbors and friends. Referral to a highly regarded friend: I knew he wasn't taking on any more maintenance cleaning, but a friend was in desperate need of quality cleaning so I told her about my experience. She finally called him and set an appointment. She was having scheduling issues and Jeff was incredibly flexible and it finally worked out. She has been very happy with the work he did at her place, and his treatment of her beloved dogs. Her place is quite different than mine - larger and much more high end, with a ton of mirrors and a location very close to the ocean causing the aggravating swirl marks. (Seriously, the bathroom has all walls, everything except the toilet and sink are mirrors. And that is just the bathroom.) Jeff explained the chemistry behind why they happen, and yet somehow he was able to do an amazing job on them! Her place feels amazing after Jeff works his magic! Move out cleaning: I moved out of state and couldn't convince Jeff to move with me lol, but he did perform the move-out clean for my condo after renovation (new lighting, new floors, etc.). Let's say that I didn't feel the need to be there to even see the final result but I know that Jeff did amazing because I haven't heard a peep from the new person who is something of a PITA. Let me spare you the details, but let's suffice it to say that Jeff is doubly awesome after dealing with her! I would hire and recommend Jeff in a heartbeat. Jeff @ KLEENr Touch is a perfectionist. He did an outstanding job cleaning our home's windows. We have a 4 BR older single story home built on a slope, with two large picture windows that require a tall ladder to clean. He spent 5 hours thoroughly cleaning the windows, tracks and screens. He also re-screened 5 of the screens at a very reasonable price. And he came out on a Sunday to accommodate our schedule. He definitely is our go-to guy for window cleaning.
