I saw Claudette so she could help me choose my Medicare plan options. I had some special things that I was looking for. Claudette was so knowledgeable about Medicare supplemental plans, and we decided which one would suit me best. She inputted all my Rx's with dosages, and found several that would work, with the exception of the dosage of part of one of my medications not being covered. She made calls to clarify, and found out how I can work with the supplemental insurer and my doctor to see if the prescribed dosage can be covered. I found Claudette really knowledgeable.
