I had a very tricky situation where I got into an accident, and my insurance policy at the time has lapsed (AAA) without my knowledge. AAA denied my claim, my AAA agent had no interest in helping me. Police report at the time of the accident could not determine fault. He evaluated police report, reviewed communication from the other insurance company, and compiled letters for me that helped to prove that the other party was at fault, and revert the original decision of the other party's insurance. His professionalism, guidance, and understanding of the system, helped me avoid lawsuits and lawyer bills that would put the future of my entire family at risk.
