I worked with this company to replace all of the windows in my 20+ year old home that had single pane aluminum frame windows. Many of which were mullioned windows (if you pay to have your windows washed - you know the added expense of those!) I received 4 quotes from different companies. Some were higher, one was lower, but I went with Vizion because of the fact they are a family owned Texas based company and they have over 4 decades of experience in the Window Industry. From the initial meeting to the installation, it was a seamless experience, and this was during Covid, when material shortages were creating 8-10 month back orders. They stayed in constant contact and the windows are great. I recommend at the very least, inviting them out to bid on your window project. I don't think you'll regret it. Tiffany came out to do measurements for all new exterior doors. She was so wonderful. She explained everything, answered our million questions and was so patient doing so. I called or texted her with even more questions. Still she was so patient. Tiffany even came out a second time and brought color samples for me to see. We finally made our select on all the doors we need and placed the order. These doors are not cheap by any means. After a thorough evaluation of the major door and window companies, we selected Vizion to replace 22 windows and 10 french doors. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Tiffany was our salesperson. She was super knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Her proposals were clear and easy to follow and her schedule estimates for door/window construction and delivery were really accurate. I used to sell for a living, so I'm a hard grader of sales people. My wife is extremely indecisive and she took a long time picking windows and colors. Tiffany stayed friendly and helpful as option after option after option was quoted. Tiffany gets an A+ from both of us. In between placing the order and the installation beginning we dealt with Yolanda, who runs the office. Yolanda is smart and honest. She also has a great sense of humor and is easy to talk to. The installation guys were excellent. They arrived early and hustled all day. They discovered a little wood rot around some of our windows and for a very reasonable price did a beautiful job of replacing the wood with two layers of trim. It wasn't just a repair, it was an upgrade. Robbie, the owner came by a couple times to make sure everything was going ok. Really good guy who definitely knows how to buy high quality materials and hire really excellent people. My wife and I highly recommend these folks. Backstory: About 6 months back my wife and I began evaluating replacement options for the 22 windows and 10 french doors on our home in Spring When our house was built in 1998 the builder used single paned doors and windows. We have always had hot summers with high electric bills. In the past couple of years the really cold weather has gotten us worrying about pipes bursting, especially if we have a power outage. We met with all the major door and window vendors over a 4 month period. We really liked the Vizion people. They were super knowledgeable and responsive without being the slightest bit pushy. Just finished having windows installed from here! Can't say enough good about the Experience. The sales person was great, informative honest and not pushy. She didn't say one negative thing about their competitors. Something I cannot say about the other bids we received. The install was also a great experience they were the only company that did not require that we move furniture or remove blinds. They did it all. The windows look fantastic and have reduced outside noise by 80% I can't tell you about energy savings yet as the literally just drove out of the driveway. I can't remember a contractor experience that went as well as my new windows and doors by Vizion. Their price was competitive with discount companies like Window World, which by the way failed to respond to repeated attempts to clarify their estimate. Compare that to Allen at Vizion who would respond within a few minutes to every question I had along the way. Vizion replaced 24 windows, our entry door, and French doors. Here's what I appreciate most. First, they use quality products from NT Windows and ProVia doors. Not only do they look great, after the install my HVAC stopped running completely despite a range of weather that week from 50s at night to 80s, and then barely ran when we dropped into the 30s the week after. Second, Allen was on the job the entire time his crews were here, and in fact did a large part of the install himself. I can't emphasize how good that feels compared to previous remodeling companies where the general contractor rarely showed their face and left me dealing with poor subcontractor crews. Third is attention to detail. Allen said he was OCD when it comes to quality, and I'll vouch for that. The install was perfect. They replaced old wood with hardiplank and painted. One odd way I measure quality is how well they caulk, because that's where contractors get careless. With Vizion I could not find a flaw. Plus, Allen found a scratch in a window which I never saw and could barely find, yet he contacted NT to have the window replaced. Clean up was excellent as well, which so important considering the risk of broken glass. There so much more, like Allen fixing a loose threshold and sticky door that wasn't being replaced by Vizion. I used online ratings to select Vizion for an estimate, and thank you previous customers for writing those reviews. We could not be more pleased with our choice. If there is a price difference in the estimates you receive, remember that you get what you pay for, and that's not only product, but also communications and the installation experience. read more

This Company Is Fantastic! They installed 26 black aluminum windows to perfection. I am blown away by the quality of the installation. Not one single gap or allingment issue on any window. The caulking job is so precise it looks like it was done by a machine. The crew were right on time and started working immediately upon arrival. They cleaned up beautifully after each day and then finished the job a day early taking only two days for the installation. I worked with Tiffany, Robby and Yolanda and everyone in the office was great. I did lots of research and Provia doors are the doors to get and Vizion is where to get them. I got fiberglass doors since my old steel doors were rusting. The only hiccup was when it came to painting the doors which they don't offer spray painted doors. So pay a little extra and have the factory paint your doors. The install crew led by Ken was outstanding. Last month I decided to have new windows installed. I had three different estimates and ultimately decided based upon our friends referral to go with vision windows and doors. Robbie and his wife were terrific! My price quoted was extremely fair for having to replace 19 windows in total. The windows took about three weeks to be delivered. When the windows arrived and installation began there was one problem. There were 19 windows that we needed to be replaced but only 18 were ordered. A simple mistake that Robby addressed immediately. The only other issue was that two windows were supposed to have been tempered glass. The front door sidelight window and a patio window. Neither of those windows initially were delivered as tempered glass. After I brought that to their attention a new order was placed in the proper windows were delivered and installed. (National building code requires that windows within I believe 18" of a door must bear the watermark TEMPERED". Mistakes happen. I was impressed with how quickly they took ownership of the issue and we determined to make it right to be sure that I was satisfied. In the end that's why I could only rank four stars instead of five. Ultimately for the level of service and the price of the windows when compared to others, I couldn't be happier. I can already feel a difference in my home temperature. My air conditioner doesn't have to work so hard either. Definitely recommend! read more

Amazing job!! Ken and his crew worked hard and diligently replacing all of our original 1973 windows. It took them a little over two days and they were very clean. Ill be honest. I highly recommend this company! Vizion replaced 15 windows in my older home with high quality new energy efficient windows. This company is so impressive I don't even know where to begin. 1.) First, let me say their pricing is extremely competitive and they beat every other company I spoke with by a large sum of money (and I didn't show them any of the other quotes). On top of that, they offer a great warrantee on the entire window, as well as their installation and workmanship. 2). Robbie is very nice and just an honest guy who knows what he's doing. He will give you a straight forward recommendation for your house and go over the reasons behind each choice, as well as show you examples of the high quality windows he offers for installation. He doesn't try to sell you on anything and doesn't pressure you. He even came out to my house a second time (for free) to speak with my husband who couldn't be at the original visit, and emailed later to check that we didn't have any further questions. 3) The staff that came out to install my windows was clean, efficient, and did absolutely ZERO damage to my brick or wood siding. We are talking about very OLD, weathered cedar siding that the "other guys" had warned me would quite likely be damaged during window tear out and replacement. They did everything for me, including moving breakable items away from the windows, covering my carpet and furniture with drop cloths, and removing my window blinds. After they were finished, they put everything back exactly as it was and vacuumed the entire house to clean up everything. There was NO broken glass anywhere on my property. AND they finished the project in half the time I had planned for! I will be the first to admit that I am a picky person when it comes to products and services. As such, I researched multiple different window companies in the Houston area for over two months time before I made a decision. If a company does not go above and beyond to meet and EXCEED my expectations, there is no way I will bother taking the time to review them, much less give 5 stars!
