The menu isn't glamorous or long, but your wallet won't regret the visit! Great wings!

Great wings! Great drinks! Great prices! It should be so much busier with the quality of those wings!

Large fries, 10 hot, 10 medium wings! Yum!

The BEST place for wings! Classic Buffalo bar atmosphere with good bar food and beer.

    20 wings & small fries

First time in Buffalo, and my local Buffalo friend dragged me to this place. I had to get my hands on some true wings. And man, these definitely exceeded my expectations! The wings had the right amount of crunch and sauce to satisfy my tastebuds. We also ordered a side of fries that were crispy and crunchy, just like I like them. The best part about the food was how inexpensive it was for all the tastiness. 20 wings for $11.00 and fries for $2.50. Count me in!

Best wings in town!! They are cooked crispy and coated in Buffalo sauce. The beer is cold and you'll always meet a friend at Klimek's.

It was not busy and we didn't have to wait for a table which is a plus. I ordered smoked turkey, with salad and sweet potato fries and a pg13 which was ginger beer, mint and I added a shot of vodka. When our food came out I had to question what was going on with the sweet potato fries because they had a thick coating and looked beer battered, not at all indicated on the menu. I asked the server, Kelsey W., and she paused and said yea I don't know for sure but if you can't have gluten I wouldn't eat them. I was annoyed at the situation and just took them off my plate but I understand this can happen. The server seemed annoyed and goes on to blame me and says I should have told her. Now will say I did have to go through the salad ingredients and pick most of them out, she didn't ask me about allergies either. And it's not common to add a beer batter coating to sweet potato fries without indicating it in the menu. The menu should be updated asap for other guests. Any other server would apologize for the situation and ask how they can make it better and not blame for a customer for a misunderstanding. After that I realized there was an extra sauce on the tray, I asked her to check with the kitchen to see what was in it, is it safe for me to eat? She came back 15 minutes later and said she will check and have an answer soon. It was not busy, this was not acceptable. Again clearly not showing any help for your guest with a food issue. This showed me she had zero concern or care about this or trying to smooth it over. Finally, towards the end of the meal I realized my water was leaking, had thought it was condensation as it was hot out. My glass, water cup had a huge crack in it. You would have hoped that someone would have seen it before serving it to someone. Clearly a safety issue. I hope I didn't ingest glass. I handed it back to our server and told her this glass needed to be tossed in the trash. Her response was another blank look, she didn't really care and just gave me another shallow I'm sorry. The rest of my meal was tasty and it was a large portion. Everyone else at my table had nice looking food and was happy with it. I will personally not come back here. District 37- it wouldn't hurt to update your menu and add what is gluten safe and indicate what kind of coating is on your sweet potato fries because a lot of people who choose these have special dietary needs. You should also train your staff to help bring up allergy issues with your guests and have more empathy if an issue arises. If this is something a server isn't able to work on they might consider an alternate employment opportunity.

Our server checked my ID when I ordered a drink, which was perfectly fine, but didn't even acknowledge that it was my birthday. Not a huge issue, but it would have been a nice touch. Service was also inconsistent. My mom's Diet Pepsi was forgotten when our drinks were brought out, although the server did bring water for the table, which I appreciated. The appetizer was delicious and was honestly the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, my entrée was where things went downhill. I ordered the twin filets cooked medium, but both arrived very well done. I mentioned it to our server, who took them back for a remake. When the replacement came out, it was served on a piece of lettuce for presentation, but the steaks were still not cooked correctly. One was medium rare, which I was willing to accept at that point, but the other was once again well done. I brought it to the server's attention a second time, and I was told a manager would be stopping by our table. That never happened. Instead, the entrée was simply removed from the bill. While I appreciate not being charged for a meal that wasn't prepared correctly, I was disappointed that no one came to speak with me or offered an alternative entrée so I could actually have dinner. The impression I was left with was, "We'll take it off the bill and move on," rather than making an effort to fix the situation. It's unfortunate because the two guests dining with me thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Sadly, I ended up leaving hungry on my own birthday. That's not the experience I was hoping for, and it's why I can't recommend Dockside Bar & Grill based on this visit. To make matters worse, after sharing my experience in a comment on the restaurant's Facebook page, my comment was deleted and I was blocked from their business page. Rather than addressing customer concerns or attempting to resolve issues, they chose to silence feedback. In my opinion, that's not good business practice and only added to my disappointment with the overall experience. Constructive criticism should be an opportunity to improve, not something to hide from potential customers. EDIT TO ADD AFTER MANAGEMENT RESPONSE: If you truly wanted to take full ownership of the situation, then either you or a member of your management team would have come to my table last night to speak with me, as our server advised would happen. Simply removing an item from the bill does not constitute fully taking ownership of what you referred to as a "human mistake." As for being blocked from your Facebook page, that's fine. Based on both my experience at your restaurant and your response afterward, I have no intention of returning. What is particularly disappointing is that after I posted my initial comment about my experience, no one from management attempted to contact me privately. You could have easily sent a Facebook message to discuss what happened and address my concerns. Instead, my comment was deleted and I was blocked from your business page. Your handling of customer feedback demonstrates a lack of hospitality and professionalism. Had there been better communication when the issue occurred, I likely would not have felt compelled to leave a negative review in the first place. The problem was never just the food or the mistake itself--it was how the situation was handled afterward. I can now better understand why other reviewers have commented on management's reactions to criticism. Word-of-mouth remains one of the most powerful forms of advertising. Unfortunately, negative experiences and poor customer service tend to spread much faster than positive ones. Since you chose to remove my feedback, block me from your page, fail to follow up after I had already attempted to address the issue while still in your establishment, and suggest that simply taking an item off the bill was "taking ownership," I will be sharing my experience with others and recommending that they think twice before choosing your "on the water" dining experience. You asked why I wouldn't call you to discuss making things right. The answer is simple: you had the opportunity to do that last night. I was already there, willing to discuss the issue, and was told that management would speak with me. That conversation never happened.

Loved loved loved the eggplant stack appetizer, but be sure to eat it all at the restaurant because it does not reheat nicely when you're home later on. I also had the chicken piccata which was on a bed of couscous and artichokes. Different, but tasty. Needed salt and pepper. My friends ordered some sort of a pasta dish and some sort of a salmon dish. They both liked their food. I tried my friends brussels sprouts and Jesus Christ. They were the best sprouts I've ever had. We did not order dessert because apparently Chef had prepared too many teeny tiny cups of banana pudding for the corporate event, and our server brought a few over for us to sample. How nice. It was a tough decision but my companion ordered a sandwich with a toasted GF bun and I got the Mediterranean flatbread with steak instead of chicken (for an upcharge) and balsamic glazed asparagus. The one thing I'd change is the paper on the metal tray. I didn't want to pickup my pizza to eat with my fingers and I kept cutting through the paper on the tray. The fish fry... a lot of the breading was "empty" with no fish in it. The Mac salad had such a horrible taste and we couldn't figure out what the flavor was. Cole slaw looked dry, but tasted better than it looked. But also had a flavor with a hint of mouthwash to it. I know this sounds wild, but it was legit. The fries were ok but seemed like old oil was in the fryer. We did enjoy the dill-ish flavor to the tartar sauce. I had the pot roast dipper sandwich. The potato chips seemed very stale. The sandwich wasn't impressive at all when it came to size and the meat seemed like it was probably sitting around for a while. Nothing seemed fresh. The au jus really saved the day.
