His staff are very kind and many have been there all these years. All my siblings and cousins teeth look great and mine do too...if I wear my retainers at night. Ive been blessed with teeth that will constantly move. So I went back a few years ago to get a new retainer since I hadn't worn mine for a few years and they no longer fit and I wanted a touch up on my teeth alignment in a few places. Since I had an agreement for braces with them from 15-20 years ago, my only cost was new retainer. Appointments are free as they were included with initial package. And you might think they'd be annoyed with someone coming back after so long for no cost, but no. We continued to wait for them to even speak to us as they continued to talk to each other. We finally got sick of being ignored so me my husband and the kids left. They individuals behind the desk as we were walking out the door asked one of the kids if they had an appt. Which should have been asked prior to us walking out of the door. They made no attempt to apologize or make contact after.
