His staff are very kind and many have been there all these years. All my siblings and cousins teeth look great and mine do too...if I wear my retainers at night. Ive been blessed with teeth that will constantly move. So I went back a few years ago to get a new retainer since I hadn't worn mine for a few years and they no longer fit and I wanted a touch up on my teeth alignment in a few places. Since I had an agreement for braces with them from 15-20 years ago, my only cost was new retainer. Appointments are free as they were included with initial package. And you might think they'd be annoyed with someone coming back after so long for no cost, but no. I was kind of shocked by the ~$4,000 quote. In this economy?! Made several other consultations, and Humphrey was roughly THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS less for the SAME TREATMENT. Otto offered to price-match but we ultimately decided to move forward with Humphrey because of the transparency. We are in the beginning stages of treatment but the staff is super friendly and helpful, appointments are easily made, and two office locations are convenient.
