I just have to say Tommy has a very special gift. The gift of art. I have been waiting a few years to get some tattoos done is remembrance of my precious daughter that went to heaven in 2021. I was trying to schedule with inflicting, which is also a good place to go for piercing as well. I have an extremely limited time to work in a tattoo as I work lots. So I went in on fathers day to get a tattoo. My wife called it in and she told them what I wanted and they said for the forearm it would be 400. I went in 20 minutes before my appointment time and after waiting 2 1/2 hours to be sat down they told me it would be quality but quality and ink would cost 500$. Have to start by saying such awful experience coming here I regret getting tattooed here! Came in to get some small work done on my hand just to try out the quality and work I was considering getting something bigger if I liked it afterwards. I came in they set me up with a artist i showedexactly what I wanted I showed him a picture it came out horrible like if I a kid drew it. He used another imagine not the one I send him, very unhappy with the results the shading is awful looks like pen scribbles. I complained to the manager he told me to let it heal and I kept following up with him and kept giving me the the run around telling me I had to wait telling me that the owner had to do it himself. Un professional customer service, after the 2 weeks I followed up again then he told me the only one that can fix it was the original artist that did in the first place that messed it up horrible work, Just a complete awful experience they give you the run around after you pay quality is bad the shading is beyond horrible, do not recommend avoid this place at all costs!!if I could give this place - negative stars I would! LOVE THIS SHOP! Made an appt easily with Gino by texting him at the number listed on his ig. The shop is located right off a busy street next to a small skate shop. You can park on the street right in front of the shop or turn down the little alley right past the shop (to the left) & park there. Shop was small and super clean! Especially the restroom which I appreciate! I went in just wanting 2 roses on my thigh that would pretty much be hidden even with shorts on. Other than that I let Gino figure out the deets. It was a looooot bigger than I expected but I absolutely looooove it! It's totally bad ass. And the price was totally reasonable! I pay more for a trip to my hair girl than I did for my big ass tattoo that I'll have forever. So the experience: Shop was busy, everyone was tattooing, Gino was ready for me right when I walked in. My tattoo took over 4 hours but the whole time I was there everyone was soooo nice, talkative & funny!! All the other artists had me laughing. Tommy, the owner, was super cool. Everyone offered me candy, donuts, water the whole time. All this helped make the pain a bit more manageable. I was there until 10:30 pm! I just thought it should be noted that over the last seven years I've spent my time covering up every tattoo that Tiana ever did. Her work looked great fresh (as seen on her Instagram with no healed work, being a huge red flag I had overlooked) but once it healed it showed through all of her flaws. I constantly had to go back to get my tattoos redone completely by her, something I've never had to do cents going to a better artist. I am very meticulous in my healing process and I've never encountered any of the issues I had in the healing process when getting my shitty ink done by her. She presses the needle SO hard and rough into your skin; I am truly amazed I didn't get a blow out. She kept commenting that I was a "bleeder" but funny enough, I've never really bled getting tattoos since going to a better artist. From bubbling letter work to patches of tattoo ink missing And a multitude of other issues such as her not even staying within the lines, which is just nuts to me, is the reason I will never be going back here. It's cost a lot of money to fix her work/get coverups. I recommend not going to her for flowers or anything else she "specializes" in. There are plenty of other artists that don't charge outrageously and have cleaner work that will actually last throughout the years. read more

I saw Tianna's work on a girl at a store and was so excited to see the style. I have been looking for an artist who tattoos in that style and it was perfect. She gave me Tianna's info and I contacted her to schedule an appointment. We communicated through IG and made an appointment 2 in advance. When I messaged her the day before to check in, I didn't receive a reply. I messaged again the next day in the morning, no reply. Later in the afternoon, I noticed she was online on IG (still no reply), and her IG profile now has a phone number listed and says "No DM." I texted the number and still, no reply. I don't know about you, but usually I receive confirmations and at the very least, a cancellation from people I work with. I spent 2 months looking forward to this appointment! I have mixed feelings about this place. My experience was good because I went in with the right vibe but I got nothing of what I expected. Don't trust when you hear "oh we'll do this and that next time and then it will look good" because next time you'll hear the same thing. I regret coming to this place because considering the talent and options out there this place is just not good enough if you want an actual piece of art in your skin. If you want something generic and don't worry much about the artistic aspect of a tattoo then you found your spot. I got tattoos with two different artists in this shop and while I think they are pretty cool guys they just don't care enough about the customers vision for something that'll be in its skin forever. I spent already $1500 with an artist that actually gives a damn just to rework half of what I got at this shop and I will have to go under several tattoo removal sessions just to be able to rework areas that are just a nightmare. So I'm looking at 3-4K just to fix what they did wrong just because THEY DONT CARE. Some of the stuff they post on Instagram is actually very very good but with this two guys it's just a gamble and unfortunately I got screwed. read more

Louie was able to bring the tattoo to life by essentially reworking it. He added definition, clarity, vividness, and perspective. He took the time to analyze the tattoo, point out its strengths and weaknesses, and walk me through a step-by-step explanation of what he was going to do and how that would improve my tattoo.
