Super cute kpop store that's in the middle of business near north San Jose/Milpitas! It's a small venue, but with lots of personality with Kpop goods from albums, posters, and light sticks. Lots of parking available, so nothing to worry. I did an online order for an Ateez light stick and it was ready in 2 days time! Make sure to check their opening hours because some days they're closed. The wait staff were so kind and attentive when I walked up with my inquiry. They even assured the quality of my light stick before leaving the store by opening the box carefully, putting in batteries, and testing it out right in front of me! I also picked up a LeSerrafim album for my sister. With those 2 purchases, my sister and I were able to choose 2 photo cards of any member from any group! Super cool perks for shopping here! Would definitely come here again for my Kpop needs!

DAY6 album I pre-ordered and two free PCs they gave me!

Great k-pop store with a wide selection of artists/groups! Everything is well organized and easy to look through. I needed assistance with pre-ordering an album that was sold out on their website and they were able to help me out with it! I appreciate how responsive they are with their support email as well. Picking up my order from the counter was a seamless process and they offered me two free photo cards since I purchased an album. Super friendly staff! Definitely going to come back here if I need to add to my k-pop collection!

I am always so happy to see K Pop stores open locally. Always supporting Asian-owned small businesses! Kloud Kpop is the first kpop store in the South bay I believe and they are holding it down! So much selection from all Kpop groups from A-Z from albums, non album content, DVDs, lightsticks, and other various merch. Its a really cute and small location but they make great use of the space. It was my first time visiting here and I was greeted by such nice staff who helped us look for the albums we were searching for. Excited to come back again!

Decided to visit Kloud K-pop after having it bookmarked for so long. I double checked their hours on Instagram before coming just in case since I know this store is a small business. I saw they just stocked the NCT DREAM Candy albums so I was excited. I was going just to window shop but ended up waiting about 30-40 mins in line to enter the store. Therefore, I ended up buying the 2 SMinis and the photobook album version to make the visit worthwhile. The total came out to about $52. Because I purchased 3 albums, I was allowed to pick 3 posters for those albums. I thought it was pretty well priced as I was expecting to pay more. I had no idea what I was getting myself into since the SMinis didn't have prices on them. They also let me choose 2 freebie photocards that were made by them. They're pretty good quality and good to use if you don't want to use your authentic PCs. The area has pretty bad signal in my opinion which could've contributed to delay in processing payments because it does take awhile to pay. Expect a bit of a wait when coming here as it's small and busy! Overall it's nice to finally have a kpop store open in the South Bay. Excited to see Kloud Kpop expand in the future. Grateful for what they are now as a business!

Super small but cute store. Staff very friendly. Daughter was super happy. Will probably come back again. Lines do get long but most customers are fast and courteous.

The first k-pop store in the South Bay! I'm so happy that this small online shop has finally opened their in-person store! It's located in the Berryessa part of San Jose and has plenty of parking. Only 5 customers allowed inside at once. Hand sanitizer and face masks are provided at the door! You can order albums for pick up on their website or just come to the store to shop! The owners are very generous and try to make the k-pop albums as affordable as possible. Most of them range from $19.99 to $26.99. Very great prices. They also have a wide range of posters for $3 each! They have special deals if you buy multiple posters. They also create their own photocards with the different members of each k-pop group! Super creative and good quality. They look like legit pcs you can get in an album!

The first k-pop store in San Jose! I've been following Kloud Kpop since they first announced their opening and I finally got to visit their in-person store last month! It's quite a small store so their capacity is limited to 3 people but I love the interior setup and collections that they have! They sell mostly albums and posters, but every once in a while they also carry Seasons Greetings and other specials. At the time I visited, I was looking for the GQ x BTS magazines and I was able to get the last Suga cover and the Suga and Jungkook GQ posters! All purchases come with a small photocard freebie as well! The business owners are also local k-pop fans and they were really nice when I came in as well! They also do local drop-offs if you make an online order and live in the SJ area, which is really cool too. Overall I had a great experience and will be coming back for any future album drops!

Small store, but has quite a bit of Kpop-related items. My daughter found them while looking for a Kpop store near us, and wanted to check them out. They have limited hours, so be sure to check out their instagram before heading over here. My daughter got 3 albums here, and with her purchase she got a few freebies that came along with it. The young lady that works here was super nice, and enforces how many people are allowed inside the store; if there are more than the allowed number of people, she politely asks them to wait outside until they are allowed to come in

Since Chinese painting and calligraphy are among my favorite hobbies, Soyodo has always been a meaningful place to find traditional Chinese painting supplies and guidebooks esp for maobi, painting flowers, landscapes, and ancient figures. I really appreciate that they also carry crafting supplies and classic Chinese literature, not just generic art books. Everything here feels rooted in tradition and care. The store also offers novels, children's books, Chinese New Year decor, vases, and small toys, which makes it feel like a cultural space rather than just a bookstore. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable. I've even found books for as little as $2-4, which makes browsing and discovering new reads even more special. The owners are an older Chinese couple who are quiet, reserved, and genuinely kind. One of the things I cherish most about Soyodo is how peaceful and calm the store is. It's the kind of place where you can slow down, browse without pressure, and feel grounded. Stores like this are rare and I truly hope Soyodo continues to thrive. If you value culture, tradition, and supporting a small family-owned business, this is absolutely a place worth visiting and supporting.

I don't know any store that sells individual photocards, and it really makes completing collections and sets so much easier. I was very impressed by the middle table they had in the middle of the store that had many binders organized by groups with individual member PCs that you can purchase. The PCs are a little overpriced, but compared to Mercari shipping/fees and other third party sites, the PCs are basically what you can find at retail. You can basically justify Kandy Pop's prices with the instant gratification without waiting for shipping lol. But overall you can basically buy many photocards for the price of one album which is HUGE! I also love that they have a POB lucky draw/gatcha machine that rotates groups/sets regularly for $5/pull or with an album purchase. You can also sell your extra photocards here! If you have large quantities of PCs, you'd need an appointment but if you have a small handful (like I did), they will probably just buy your cards on the spot. They also have a wide selection of photocard holders, deco stickers and accessories, random assortment of trinkets, stationery, and blind boxes. This place is located inside a plaza inside Vietnam town. Parking may be difficult during peak hours but isn't too bad overall.

The 15% end of year discount totally helped too. They also had pickets, but they had a smaller supply. If you need Kpop items in the Bay, be sure to stop by here! The place was packed, so things do sell out, but they have a larger inventory that I can see, versus other stores. As for pricing, I don't have anything else to compare it to. ps - i think i recognized the store owner/manager. she is really nice and helpful!

First off, I love the political signs posted on the windows, like the "everyone is welcome here except ICE". When I walked in, the store looked exactly like what I've always envisioned a cozy community bookstore to be like--filled to the brim with books and with a lot of character. I came here to sell some books and it was pretty quick--I had probably 20-25 books and the employee finished in less than 10 minutes. As I was waiting for my books, I walked around exploring. I was very impressed with the selection of fiction. There were actually quite a bit of new releases, but also older books and editions that I would likely not find at a corporate bookstore. If I had the time, I'd love to spend 1-2 hours here just browsing. I didn't expect to get much money for my books; I was actually going to donate them and didn't realize that they still buy books, so their offer was ok. I was moreso pleasantly surprised that the employee was so nice lol, and also a little chatty. Honestly the last time I sold books was probably 15-20+ years ago at Half Price Books and I remember they were always pretty rude/standoffish lol. In addition to the service, the atmosphere, and the book selection, the cherry on top for me was that they have a special shelf where you can buy a book there for 50% off for them to donate to the library at Elmwood Correctional Facility at a bit of a loss for the store. I used most of my credit from the books to get a Stephen King book for the library.

The Bad: The staff can occasionally come across as a bit unwelcoming, and I personally wish the storefront atmosphere stayed more focused on books and less on outside messaging. They sometimes price popular or trending used books higher than what you'd pay for a brand-new copy elsewhere. The Good: I absolutely love the character of this bookstore. Shelves packed floor to ceiling, creaky wooden floors, stacks of books everywhere, and even a cat roaming around the store it feels like something straight out of a fantasy novel. I've visited countless bookstores, and nothing beats the old vintage feel of this place. They have a great selection of beautiful leather-bound books, plus an excellent fantasy and sci-fi section. I especially love when they put books out in under $6! The prices at this location are better, and this store feels much more like a classic old bookstore. The Campbell location feels more like a modern bookstore, and the prices there can sometimes be higher. At the end of the day, this place is a San Jose landmark and everyone should visit it at least once. Even when I disagree with certain aspects of it, I still keep coming back because it's nostalgic.
