Tried this place for the first time tonight. I was hesitant until I saw all the great Yelp reviews and apparently Yelpers know what they're talking about! We tried a little bit of everything, garlic chicken (5*) with curly fries (5*), sweet & savory chicken (5*) with regular fries (5*) and the little chicken sandwich (3*). The sauces we tried were orangie (5*), Korean bbq (3*), kluckin (5*), and others I can't remember! Overall the chicken was really good and fresh and crispy! The sandwich had a little too much sauce and cabbage for my liking. My wife and I really enjoyed it and can't wait to come back (just like the worker predicted we would ). A little pricey but a good amount of food and we don't mind paying a couple extra dollars to support a quality local establishment. read more

Definitely thought the branding was a bit weird, but after a few recommendations, I decided I'd step foot inside and try it out. By the end of my meal, I was kluckin happy! The food here is very good. My family had the Savory and Sweet Chicken with the macaroni salad. I had a taste of the chicken and it was delicious! My food was the original crispy chicken sandwich and fries. I really enjoyed it all. Since it was our first time here a staff member offered cups of each available sauce. Let me start by saying the food was delicious! I had the garlic chicken and it was awesome. Portions were huge too. The fries were good but not amazing. I actually wanted the curly fries but they were out. The sauces were yummy as well! The biggest problem was that it took forever to get my food. When I walked in there was one person in front of me. I ordered my food and waited. As I looked around I realized that no one that was sitting down had their food. No one. This was a Saturday at 6PM so it was expected that it would be busy... but no food seemed to be coming out. It took almost 20 minutes to get my order and everyone in there seemed a little bugged at the wait time. Since the food was good, I'll give it another shot but counter service food needs to roll out much faster than it was that night. read more

I am giving it two stars because I didn't hate it, but I most likely will not return or recommend to anyone. Some staff was just visibly eating in the back. They were unable to package the food correctly and visibly started touching cooked food without gloves to package correctly. The cashier seemed nice. I believe they just need to be supervised/managed better. They need to be more professional. I threw some of the food I ordered away as the bacon wasn't fully cooked and threw the top layer of fries away because I felt grossed out they probably touched it without gloves. Over all the chicken was pretty good, but not worth the wait and the being grossed out a little and dealing with some of them being very unprofessional. read more

The first thing we noticed is that they use the chicken breast for all their chicken, which is by far the driest part of the chicken and it definitely made both their chicken sandwich and chicken tenders pretty dry. The breading on both were very good. They had lots of choices on sauce to help with the dry chicken. We tried both the ranch and BBQ sauce and neither were very special. They had a choice of both regular fries and curly fries and both tasted great and were hot and crispy. Thankfully they had fry sauce which was also good. Tried this for the first time this week. Between the quality, quantity, and price I would give this 5 stars. The quality of the chicken is great with a well seasoned breading. The veggies taste fresh and the bread is fresh. The sandwich is pretty thick as well which is enough to get filled with. Now the sandwiches are between 5-8 dollars which is a fair price when. Considering quality and quantity. The only thing I would change is the side sauces. The honey mustard and ranch is good but the hot sauce, Korean bbq tasted pretty bad. read more

It's definitely the best I've ever had, and I've tried many of them (Chick-fil-a, KFC, Zaxby's, Popeyes). I got the garlic fried chicken and it was cooked to perfection. This was really delicious! I was a little skeptical going in because I knew that it was a little expensive for fried chicken, but I would definitely go again. The portions of chicken were huge, I had enough to take home with me. The chicken was delicious and really juicy and flavorful, and I really liked their sauce selection. Their fries weren't bad the texture was perfect, but they were definitely under salted. I think next time I would opt for just the chicken instead of the meal. Just like other reviewers said, it does take a bit to get your food, but that's because they don't have too many employees and they are cooking everything fresh.
