TRACEY had an attitude from the very beginning, huffing and puffing, stating the app does not show up on their system. She was persistently talking over me and even THREW HER PHONE ACROSS THE TABLE at one point. We cancelled our reservation and will be sure to NEVER do business with this place. She also mentioned if she didn't have one at her location to just call and she would find one and get it for me so I wouldn't have to drive all over looking for the type of U-haul I needed. She was extremely personable and laid-back, unlike the bigger u-haul places I have rented from in the past. I would highly recommend this place!
