My partner didn't want me to write this, because she had good interactions with Maryah and Victor in the past - but for 3 weeks i've been staring at a box and bags of decorated blanks we had KMV do that we can't use or sell. It's maddening. Let me break it down We brought KMV a sample, 100% polyester fashion mesh crop top to Maryah (they've printed tees for us in the past) for a front print and asked, if possible, can we do a printed tag as opposed to having a paper one. She thought it was possible, great! We did a sample and it came out great -saw that it was possible, brought them all the crop tops to be printed, then picked them up, paid, got home and noticed the front design word ended up much lower than where it was supposed to be or what we explained in the email that my partner sent-There was an agreed miscommunication (on both sides) on the measurements of placement with front logo. It was printed low and couldn't be used. They had to be redone. Bought more of these crop tops (some had to be made so we had to wait two weeks for them to be done) asked if they can go halfers with us on the reprint price this time around, since there was an error- They agreed, great! Another almost 2 weeks of waiting for them to get the print done - picked them up, paid, unpacked them and the logo on front looked great, right where it was supposed to be, printed tag looked good too BUT we turned the shirt around to the back and to our dismay the printed tag bled through on 90% of the shirts (see pics) Strange, because there was absolutely no bleed thru with tags on the first round of crop tops we did so we know it's possible and we know it can be done. Alerted them ASAP and asked if there was any solvent they can use to get rid of the bleed so we can at least salvage them. A few days pass and finally after calling and emailing Maryah, finally she got in touch and said they can "shoot it off" which removes the ink and we can try and reprint tag with a different ink color - about a week later, picked them up- she said the printed tag with a different ink color couldn't be done ( ok fine) and that the bleed was removed on all the shirts. At this point our plan "B" was just gonna go and have somebody sew in the labels now to salvage the shirts. Most of the shirts had the bleed fully removed, some you can still see, fine, BUT that wasn't what tripped us out - it was that some of the tops with the white collar trim were stained with what i'm guessing was the solvent (see pics) So can't salvage those. It's a wrap. We didn't notify them because at this point it's pretty clear their complete disregard to the job and lack of care. Waste of precious time and money Be careful. read more

Requested a few quotes via Yelp for a screen printing project I had. KMV Screen Printing was quick to reply and had a competitive rate. Victor and Maryah were super helpful and responsive the whole way through. Turnaround time was also very quick. Overall my project turned out as I envisioned. We needed personalized t-shirts for a family bonfire in June. We found this company on yelp and began communicating with Vitale via email. He responded almost immediately with a quote and t-shirt options. After some back and forth we finally visited the location to view some of the samples in person. When we got to the location to find that it was a small office with a large screen printing and warehouse area. Vitale directed us to where he had all the sample t-shirts. We were able to dig through samples of blank shirts and some with prints from other clients. After some digging we were able to find the right material for what we needed. After we made our t-shirt material selection we gave him a vectored image and the screen print was done in one day! I did not go inside, but ended up finding it on yelp after looking up local screen printing places so that I can compare prices. I hit up 4 different screen printing shops. Lone Kid got back to me the fastest and quoted me the lowest price BY FAR. Some people complained that responses were not as professional as other places, and while that's true, he did good work at a great price. This place is by far one of the most convenient and accommodating print shops I've ever been to. Last August I needed some sweatshirts done in a day turnaround time frame and I had dropped off the sweatshirts back to me in less than 3 hours. The price was awesome even for a rush order. In September/October we needed some sweatshirts done again and Victor again quoted us an extremely reasonable price (well below what other places charge) and had the sweatshirts back in less than a day. This most recent order we asked for some sweatshirts and pants done and was hoping for another quick turnaround (2 day) he had them back to us in less than 24 hours! Victor is really awesome. He designed a logo for our school and had them embroidered on polos as well as screened on t-shirts. Since I work for a large bureaucracy, he was really patient with getting the right forms for us, going through a purchase order process, etc. I think it would help if you go in with an idea of what you would like (I did not so he kinda stabbed around in the dark) to make it easier on everyone. Maryah was the lady that helped me and she was so accommodating. I am MOH and my sister(the bride) is a picky person, but Maryah made the whole ordeal bearable because she was so nice about everything. The design on the tote bags came our fiiiiiiire! Exactly how I imagined. There were a few minor issues on the screen print, but nothing I'd complain about. Overall I had a great experience. The only thing I'd say is I ended up having the text design done by someone else because I wasn't completely satisfied with what she came up with. It's fine though, I didn't mind. They also don't offer puff print, which is what I initially wanted. FYI Puff print is specific so not every graphic design shop will offer this service. They have affordable rates and don't have a minimum order quantity. Whole process once the design was done was quick turn around time. Simply AMAZING! I needed to get some tote bags printed last minute. I'm talking EMBARRASSINGLY last minute... As in, it is the Friday before Labor Day weekend, and I needed these bags by Tuesday. IMPOSSIBLE, right? Nope... Not for Lone Kid Screen Printing. Victor (the owner) responded to my absurd request within minutes. When he said he could make my deadline, I was thrilled. But what he next made him AMAZING. I sent them a terrible low-resolution logo. Instead of just printing it, he let me know the logo was a little fuzzy. I am not a designer, so I had no idea how to fix it. After fiddling with it for what seemed like EVER and watching YouTube videos titled "How to fix a blurry logo" I gave up and was like... "just print it." At first, Victor told me I could have until Monday to fix it. I was BEYOND grateful. But then he went ahead and fixed the logo for me at no charge.
