Owner Jason was simply AWESOME, taking my very small custom job on a walk-in basis, designing on the spot from a sample photo I brought with me minutes before closing on a Friday afternoon. We then walked into the shop to pick out the perfect fabric for my project. My small embroidery job was completed first thing Monday morning. I brought it home and stitched it on my ball cap. I'm 100% happy with great and responsive service, quality of work and good price. I'll definitely be back for my next project!

I messaged them through yelp on a sunday inquiring about the price and they responded pretty quickly despite the shop technically being closed. I was able to make an appointment for the following day on monday and Jason was super cool about showing me all my options and letting me lead with what I had in mind. My stole was done THE NEXT DAY which is crazy because a lot of places said it would take several days or even weeks to complete and I needed it fast because I was taking my grad photos that following saturday. This next part is kind of embarrassing but it must be mentioned...I mixed up their hours and went to pick it up on friday at 5:03pm but they had just closed at 5pm. I panicked because I was literally having people come down to help me with my photoshoot the next day and the shop is closed on the weekends. I called and messaged them on yelp explaining the mistake I made. Karen found my phone number and called me asking if I would be able to come back to their shop later that evening because they would be out all morning the next day. Jason drove back and opened the doors just so that I could get my stole before my pictures. The man at the counter (I'm assuming one of the owners) was super helpful. I showed him and my yarn, and he pulled out exactly what color and weight I wanted. He pulled out a few options for me to choose from. They have SO MANY options to choose from. They had acrylic, nylon, and cotton yarn of different weights. They had multi color yarn, embroidery thread, lace trimmings and some sewing supplies!! The prices were basically about the same as the big name stores, with some yarn types being not as cheap but remember that this is a small mom and pop shop and every dollar counts!
