I waited approximately 10 minutes for assistance. I politely tried to get the attention of the manager, who was working in the photo area, but he either did not hear me or chose not to respond. I waited a few more minutes, and still no one came to assist. After repeatedly waiting without help, I raised my voice simply to get someone's attention. Instead of receiving assistance, I was asked to leave the store--despite the fact that there were no cashiers available and no help provided. The store felt like it was running unattended. I have video footage showing how empty the registers were during this time. I do not recommend this Walgreens due to lack of customer service and poor management. I will be contacting corporate to report this experience.

It was so bad that it took me a few minutes to recover in my car, and then I drove here since it was close to where I lived and it was also open at 9 pm. The parking lot was nearly empty at this hour, and I hit the jackpot with parking. I walked in here, and I didn't know where the Pedialyte was. I decided to ask the lady from the Photograph area where to get it. She was straightforward and told me that I could find it on Aisle 10 on my right-hand side. I found the Pedialyte in just 6 seconds. It was so good. The cashier guy was kind enough to help me out with paying for my Pedialyte because I had some difficulty. Wasn't that long and I was able to get it out in a paper bag. I went home and I ranked 2/3 of the Pedialyte I got. I was able to recover pretty well.

Be careful about relying on this location as a 24-hour store. At first they were just, recently,…read moreclosing from 1:30-2 a.m. due to being short staffed during staff breaks. But now they will just straight-up close at a certain point for the rest of the night and not reopen till 5:30 or 6 a.m. Sometimes there is a sign on the door saying the pharmacy drive-thru is still open. But this new thing of unpredictably closing when they feel like it is problematic for the surrounding community. We have so few late-night options besides 7-Eleven. And the overnight closure also means customers are no longer able to pick up BOPIS orders. No more getting items delivered via UberEats, Instacart & other couriers, either. We need a reliably 24-hour store in this community. Unfortunately, Walgreens at Brookhurst and Orangethorpe no longer seems to be it. I hope it's temporary.
