Mike was our beer tender and he was knowledgeable and friendly. I had the Harold's Red and my wife had the Knock Out White Stout. The Knock Out uses a different type of bean so it is not dark. It looks like a lager beer but has just enough of that coffee flavor to it. We took home a growler of each of our beers. The pizza starts out frozen. I believe it is made at the main store for Pizza Uncommon and kept in the freezer there in the brewery. It did not take very long for the pizza to come out.
