Terrible no safety inspections sell broken cars with broken suspensions. Tires were 17 year old and 13 years old. The tires were cracking in the tread not safe at all. But they could care less. The windshield was damage. They shipped the car to me in that condition. Took two days for them to send the bill of lading which should have happened before shipping . And would have shown the true condition of the car. They are not a trust worthy dealer. I am filing a complaint with the AG of Illinois. This is a good place to get ripped off. Place is a joke. I went to look at 4 used BMWs. 3 of 4 had the wrong interior color, and 1 car was a BMW 320, but the website said it was a BMW 330. Big difference. The car I was most interested in didn't have a key! It was in another employee's pocket and he was gone. "No idea" when he'd be back. Drove another BMW that looked great, but I thought it would break down at any moment bc there were so many noises, so took it right back to the lot after driving a block. It's crazy that they would have a car like that on the lot(not super cheap either), let alone allow someone to drive it. The salesman was new, but seemed like he had never driven a car in his life. Did not share true condition of vehicle. I was never told and pictures are not clear that my car came with no front scented console. It's just an empty space with multiple wires hanging loose. They told me it my responsibility to do research and not the salesman job to give me information about the car. It also was supposed to come with third row seating which is missing, a spindle cd disc player. Plus the windshield wiper fluid was completely out. The car was delivered very dirty as if it hasn't been washed in months. KNB won't do anything to help fix all the missing pieces and now I'm left to pay out of pocket for things that should have been dealt with before ending the sale. Matt, the sales man, got rude with me and blamed me for the problems. Do not buy a car from that place online. What you see is not what you get and once they make the sell they don't care about you and your on your own. Buyers beware, they are just out to sell incomplete vehicles without explaining the actual condition of the car. The pictures that were up do not clearly show no middle console and I didn't know to ask because I've never seen a car without a console. It is a police edition car but I never even thought there would be no console. It's going to cost me about 1000 dollars to get one installed and KNB is not willing to help in anyway at all. Customer service was horrible; the lady did not introduce herself and seemed inconvenienced to have to show us a car, did not even try to show me any other cars. Also with the pandemic going on I expected to see people wearing masks, and not one of the employees or people in the dealership had a mask. On top of that the car I went to look at had horrible flood damage. Something that was not that was not stated. The car was listed as no damage and great condition. Only found out about the flood damage after looking into the wheel well and smelling a horrible mildew. After looking into the VIN, I found that the majority of the cars on the lot were bought at the same action and had the same flood damage. read more

BIGGEST SCAMMERS IN THE STATE!!! DO NOT COME HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! My husband paid over $11K to get his Range Rover Velar fixed and they swapped out his new parts on his car for broken, used parts, the window system is completely dead we can't even open or close the windows from the drivers side. We never had an issue with this until the day we got it back. The mirror on passenger side broke off just by closing the door the first week we got it back. His drivers sun-visor mirror is completely cracked in pieces (wasn't like that before). The car shakes terribly! It's obvious they swapped out parts. We have more issues than we did when it was dropped off! They wouldn't even work on the car until more and more money was sent and kept asking for more than originally quoted just for us to get completely ripped off. READ! READ! READ! This place is a total scam! This place is hardly a pre owned dealership it is a salvaged yard disguised as a pre owned dealership. Their entire inventory has either been in an accident or a flood or some sort of event that caused it to go to an auction. They will not give you a carfax, rather an auto check because they know it is less detailed and doesn't tell the entire story of the vehicle. They will act very professional off the bat and act like your best friend till they secure the sale then their entire demeanor changes and they will start blaming you for issues on the vehicle when I literally came back to the lot the very next morning and everyday after that for 4 days straight. On the way home from picking up the car everything started to unravel, driving on the highway I started to hear loud road noise and started to feel air only to notice that the entire door is unaligned and there is a gap between the door and the frame. I take it in to get it fixed, they align the door and lose the hinge that keeps the door from swinging. I woke up the next day to a flat tire and the hubcap falling off on the highway, the AC not working, the left mirror not working and the right mirror rattling. The steering wheel being unaligned that they don't bother to fix yet they claim they inspect their cars... Their work is sloppy, on the left hood there is frame damage with a larger perimeter gap on the left side of the hood that rattles.. The car was in a flood that they did not care to mention, bad odor and stains on the floor and seat, squeaky brakes due to the water and exhaust rattling and thumping noises. Literally a puddle of water still in the spare tire compartment...These people are absolute sleazebags who're deceptive and deflective from the top down, this place is not a real dealership but a family owned dealer of scumbags. All the employees and departments answer to one guy, the quivering coward of a manager Eugene. They will pretend to give you the runaround like they're a real dealership with different departments purposely to not resolve anything. After contacting me initially through email in response to me asking for a carfax report they told me "we don't offer Carfax reports." I followed up with a few questions regarding the vehicle based on pictures and the carfax report which I had to pay for myself. The vehicle has had undercarriage damage before and I wanted to know the status of the title, which I inquired about. 3 weeks later, no response still. I've sent several emails and even sent another inquiry directly from their own website, whenever I call I get either a fax line or it goes to their voicemail which is always FULL (obviously they never check it!) I finally get someone to pick up the phone after weeks and they tell me the car has a down payment on it already...but its still listed on several sites and in their inventory. They could've EASILY returned any of my calls, voicemails, and emails, but no. The guy on the phone sounded like a robot, no emotion at all (he didn't even try to sell me another car which is weird for a dealer), you could tell he didn't give a damn at all. BUYER BEWARE! Anyways I went home I liked a Honda Accord so I called him and I told them I wanna come today to test drive it. They told me ok come. And I go 4 hours after that. I get there even though they are 45 min away from my house I get there and the car is not even ready the tire has no air. Anyways after 1:30 min he got the car ready to test drive it. We drove the car and figured again it has big accident and the car is shaking. My best friend is a mechanic he said if he will give it cheaper I will work on it for you. I just asked him for the price and I was thinking about it not even for 30 seconds and you see the guy again disappearing on me. Am like fuck it. Oh forgot to mention that he gave me first day different price for the car and the second time he added 1000 to it thinking that I will fall for it. I can't say much about the actual dealership, but I can speak for the very poor communication. I emailed the dealership last week inquiring about a specific car they had online. I received no response so I decided to call this Monday in regards to the vehicle. The lady that answered the phone was very short with me and seemed uninterested in my business. When I asked her to email me all information they had on the vehicle, she simply stated that all information was online. Most dealerships are more than happy to set up a baseline connection with their customers. If I can give this review a NO STAR rate, I would! I want to warn people of this "dealership." I learned the hard way by purchasing a challenger RT 2015. As soon as I took this car home, everything went down hill ! I purchased this car back in December 22nd as a Christmas present for my husband. I dropped $7,000 dollars to take this car home that Saturday. For my luck, the dealership was closed the following day and closed for Christmas through new year. It took me a whole month to be able to talk to Nick the manager. All Nick does is give you excuses and fake promises. I am going to be as blunt as possible. This car was not ready to be sold for the following reasons: Battery with not efficient voltage for the car, no fog lights, stereo fuse was missing, and many other fuses that I had to replace because they were either broken or missing, interior light don't turn on, service power steering light was on, airbag lights were on, lock for rims were missing, and car was not lined up. After dropping $7,000 dollars on my downpayment for this car. I had to put over $3,000 dollars more to get a mechanic to see my car and to repair all of the above issues. Keeping in mind I do monthly payments of $400 dollars. I waited five months to get fog lights, airbags light, front bumper, and service power steering light fixed by KNB motors. I took my car for these repairs and it took them a week to turn off the airbag light off. That is all they did in one WHOLE WEEK: turn off the airbag lights! I stopped by multiple times and called in to get updates on the car. All I got were excuses! Today April 25, 2019, I had to pick up the car because I refuse to wait another week to get one repair done from the four things this car needs. I will be paying out of pocket AGAIN. KNB motors are by far the worst dealership I have worked with. This dealership runs on excuses! Take your hard-working money else where.
