Does that look like it takes Flex E85?
Anna B.

Purchased a vehicle, with cash, that was falsely advertised as raking flex fuel and it was natural gas,, and at the end of their day. They didn't answer our mechanical questions about it because it's on "consignment ". That's not my problem. They are charging me $800 for a restocking fee. It was off the lot for 2 business hours. They are crooked. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Read the other reviews.

Went to look at a Ford Escape I seen listed on Facebook marketplace. Customer service was horrible; the lady did not introduce herself and seemed inconvenienced to have to show us a car, did not even try to show me any other cars. Also with the pandemic going on I expected to see people wearing masks, and not one of the employees or people in the dealership had a mask. On top of that the car I went to look at had horrible flood damage. Something that was not that was not stated. The car was listed as no damage and great condition. Only found out about the flood damage after looking into the wheel well and smelling a horrible mildew. After looking into the VIN, I found that the majority of the cars on the lot were bought at the same action and had the same flood damage.

Great staff and great pricing! I've very happy with my purchase and recommend KNB Motors. They went out of there way to ensure I was happy even after the sale! Thank you Autohaus.

They sell only crashed and rebuilt vehicles

This auto was loaded with all amenities, leather, power seats, moon/sun roof and a great sound system. I spoke to the owner who has been at this location for approximately 4 years. This dealership mostly purchases and cherry picks high end vehicles like BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Infinity and other high end used automobiles. The owners name is Mo and we had good discussions before and after I test drove the car. I noticed that the brakes were a little spongy so I had them put the car on the rack and removed a wheel. The brakes indeed needed replacement. There was no problem or resistance from the dealer and so I signed a contract with the promise that all four brakes and rotors would be replaced. Everything was solid once the brakes were replaced, and I could not be happier. I put down a deposit and picked up the Accord about 3 days later. Everyone, every employee, was helpful and courteous. The owner is a very honest man and stands behind his sales. I have had the car now for 3 weeks and it purrs like a kitten. Very pleased and happy with my experience.

Multiple major components had to be addressed, and the car was not safe to drive as sold. I contacted the dealer to try to resolve it, but they declined any reasonable support or reimbursement. I understand used cars are sold as-is, but this level of condition on a dealer-inspected vehicle was not something I would reasonably expect. Get an independent inspection - don't rely solely on the dealer's representation. Be very cautious with this dealer.

I have an issue with my truck. I've been going to Al Piemonte since I got it. I've had no issues with the service departments until for some reason the normal service writer is no longer employed there. I can only imagine why but that's not what this is about I asked Chris to help with a manufacturer issue and he basically forgot about it and use the excuse that the part was on a master backorder or something to that effect. one when you're going to lie to people make sure that you know all the facts and know that there are people that do do homework to understand and help to make the process go easier. He flat out just forgot about my truck forgot about me and used a backorder as an excuse. Well, the reality is simple Al Piemonte lost one customer now Chris won't be affected by this nor will the other service people because one customer isn't going to take down a business however, this one customer will no longer be spending his time effort or money at this location and going to a different dealer good luck if you decide to use Al Piemonte I really hope that you don't get to work with Chris and that you don't hear the excuse of a part instead of his incompetence

But if I could help someone avoid this horrific place that would be great. LIKE the other reviews have pointed out, i agree with them; point blank period, it might look like a great option at first but it really is a rip off. I purchased a Cash car (knowing that there might be issues) but not expecting it to be a complete dudd after a month of running. After 6 months from purchase i still have yet to receive my title. In other words there must be a issue with releasing the title, that this place must have not had to begin with. It's truly not worth your time, they may seem like reasonable individuals but they will lie just to get you into the a car to give them money.

Got a great car with a low rate financing and clearly differentiated themselves from other dealerships. The car had the car fax for every service in its history and not once did I feel like I was being pushed to purchase the vehicle, only to make the right decision for myself. Can tell they care about their business and would highly suggest anyone who doesn't want to deal with the usual BS from dealerships to try these guys. TP

Auto Park claims on cars.com that all their vehicles are fully inspected and are in "great condition." Fifty miles out of Chicago, the gas gauge and AC didn't work. The day after arriving in Colorado, the engine light came on. A highly respected foreign car service Shop in Boulder did the Diagnostics for $364, the repairs needed were $3,192. Auto Park refused. They sent me a non-VW fuel pump assembly and compressor and said to take it to another Shop who they claimed would install the parts for a labor charge of $973, which Auto Park would only pay 50%. I objected to having to pay anything. The Shop they recommended repaired the vehicle for $2,872. So, along with the original diagnostics of $364 plus the repairs of $2,872, I was out $3,192. They refused again, and made a final offer of $1500, or I return the car to Chicago at my expense (yeah, I laughed, too) as long as it was in the "same condition" (LOL) they would refund the purchase amount. This is the way they do business. I'm out over 3K. I would never recommend this Dealer. Terrible experience. Please note that I would like to add to my submission regarding Auto Park Imports. Last week the engine light came on AGAIN. Here you will see the estimate for $1,868.96. http://www.mkvwa23.com/p/xYJQYb.html Please note that the fuel sensor they sent is faulty. Here is the video report from the VW service department. http://www.mkvwa9.com/p/xBUMut.html With these additional charges, I am now out $5,060. Erik
