She double checked her calendar and said she could get me in. After much conversation, Sarah let me know about the Yelp deals and we agreed to an hour and a half, which for first time clients was only $65. Pretty impressive! The office was in a good location and she was sure to make the experience relaxing and comfortable. So one may ask, why four stars... Sarah did a great job listening and also had great technique on the trigger points. The one thing I have issues with is the knots in my shoulder blades. I'm not sure if we didn't have enough time for her to work them all out or if she did not find them with the other stress and strain in my back. At the end of the day, the knots are my biggest reason to get massages regularly. I will schedule another appointment at her office and encourage others to do the same. I'm confident she is my local solution to massage therapy. O

The table is always set up warm and he uses a variety of "pillows" to make sure that I am comfortable throughout the service. The next day, I called to schedule an appointment for Thursday 9:45am, the only other time I'm off work and have childcare this week. Instead of booking me, they told me to call back Thursday morning 9am because the person on duty didn't know the schedule for that day. That didn't make sense to me -- I didn't want to wait until the last minute to find out if they could fit me in, especially when I'd have no time to find another option. Because of this, I booked an appointment elsewhere. It's disappointing that they couldn't accommodate a walk-in and also made scheduling an appointment unnecessarily difficult.
