I absolutely LOVE these nails --they're my favorite set I've ever had! They turned out exactly how I envisioned them, and honestly, even better. My nail tech, Angel, absolutely nailed the design, and the attention to detail is incredible. The 3D flower, hand-painted details, and gems are so beautiful, and i feel so pretty. Angel was so sweet and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. She really listened to what I wanted instead of rushing through the appointment, and it shows in the final result. The salon itself is absolutely beautiful. It's clean, modern, and has such a luxurious, relaxing atmosphere. The spa chairs are so nice, and the whole place feels high-end from the moment you walk in. This definitely wasn't the cheapest manicure I've had, but you truly get what you pay for. The quality, artistry, and care were 100% worth it. As a first-time customer, I also received a 10% discount, which was a nice bonus. I think I've officially found my new nail tech. Thank you, Angel! I was very disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I made an appointment for 4:00 PM because I had a limited amount of time available. When I arrived, I was told it would only be a few minutes before I was seen. By 4:15 PM, I asked if I would be taken soon, and again I was told "just a few more minutes." Unfortunately, 4:30 PM came and went, and I was still waiting. At 4:35 PM, someone finally came over, and I asked if my service could be completed by 5:30 PM due to another commitment. I was told that they couldn't rush the service. While I understand that quality work takes time, that's exactly why I made an appointment for 4:00 PM in the first place. I understand this is a new salon and that there may be challenges that come with opening a new business. However, it's important not to commit to appointment times that cannot be honored. Clear communication and realistic scheduling go a long way in creating a positive customer experience. I was genuinely hoping this would become my go-to nail salon because the location and concept seemed promising. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed. I hope they improve their scheduling and communication, as I believe those changes could make a big difference for future customers. read more

I came in as a walk-in for French tip nails and toes and unfortunately left feeling a little disappointed. While my nails were being done by Angel, I noticed the white tips weren't painted thoroughly. I pointed it out before the top coat was applied, but was told the clear coat would smooth everything out. It didn't. Once I got to the pedicure area, I could clearly see the issue and had to ask again for them to be fixed, which meant the nails had to be redone. My toes came out great, and my nails are still cute, but they don't even resemble the inspiration photo I showed. I wish I could've gotten the result I was looking for. I was very specific and it was like she didn't want to listen to what I was asking. The most frustrating part was spending four hours at the salon, from about 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., much of which could have been avoided if my concern had been addressed the first time I mentioned it. I had a lot of things to do that day and had to cancel and push back my plans with friends. I just wish my feedback had been taken seriously from the beginning. Listening to clients during the service would make for a much better experience especially for the amount of money being paid. read more

First and foremost, the inside of Luxury Nail spa is gorgeous and very clean! I decided to drop in with my mom for a late mothers day gift! The ladies at the counter were very kind and helped us check in (we were walk in and didn't have an appointment). They do seem to have a point program system so that's awesome. I don't know much of that. The owner offered us snacks while we waited to be called back (which was less then 5 min since they did just open yesterday.) We decided to go with the collagen treatment for both is us. And let me say it was RELAXING!! A shout out to Kim and Mia! Beyond professional and so sweet!! The owner was also very nice as well checked in on us too. The chairs were so comfortable and had a massage function. The water was just right, and if not they will temper it for you. They do offer other services as well. Manicures and head spa. They had other ones but that's what stuck out to me. I definitely will be going back to try the head spa. Beautiful salon and kind workers. Unfortunately the services were clearly very rushed. It felt as if I was running a quick errand instead of a spa service. Hardly anytime to relax and the massage and scrubbing was minimal at best. My mother got the upgraded package and the rocks were on her legs for maybe 10 seconds. Very unfortunate as that package is a cost upgrade. The work did not last long as I noticed my toes beginning to chip the following week. Decided to come in bc of curb appeal! I needed builder gel removed and decided to get a basic manicure. Kim was very careful when removing the gel to minimize damage to my natural nail, and my natural nails are still sturdy. I wanted so much to like this salon. I had a reservation yesterday for my daughter and me. We walked in a few minutes prior. They were nice checking us in saying it would be 10 minutes or so. Unfortunately 30 minutes later we are still waiting. If we did not have a reservation, I would have understood the wait, however we had reservations at 6 pm. When I told the front desk we were leaving she gave me a business card and asked me to make a reservation online for tomorrow. I said no. I had an a reservation today. Why would I put myself through that again? I don't understand how they felt a 30 minute wait was acceptable. And to top it off, I have no idea how much longer we would have waited. What's the point of making a reservation if they don't honor the time. I understand 5-10 minutes but 30, no thanks! Extremely disappointed. I will not be back. read more
