How much is a fill in with gel polish for long nails?

I got French manicure gel polish with my fill & it was $45

How much for a fill in?

Fill with gel color is $40, fill with powder color is $45. We charge more if your nail long

How much is a gel polish pedicure? And how much is it for French tip toes as well?

Basic pedicure $30 +$10 gel polish + $5 french tip

Do you over builder gel extensions and if so what's the starting price?

Yes we offer builder gel. Builder gel on natural nails starting price is $45.

Do you soak off dip on natural nails, or remove dip with a drill?

Both. They have to drill it off bit by bit and soak in between in order to do a soak off.

This is a response to the manager on my last review…read more First of all, your "accurate circumstances" are a joke. You failed to mention that your staff was unprofessional, took an hour and a half for a simple soak off, and literally made my fingers bleed without a single apology. I didn't "drive away" to avoid a fair price, I left because I'm not paying full price for physical injury and garbage service. Go ahead and call whoever you want, I have the photos of the damage you did to my hands. Fix your staff before you try to fix your reputation online.

After asking again, the woman with the tattoo on her upper left arm kept saying "pedicure" and seemed annoyed when I corrected her and explained I wanted a manicure. I was then seated with a technician who immediately started cutting my nails. I specifically told him I did not want them cut short and only wanted them evened out. I had spent 1 month growing my natural nails out. When I noticed he was cutting them much short, I told him to stop, but he insisted he knew what he was doing and continued. After washing my hands and coming back, I could clearly see my nails were much shorter and out of shape. When I expressed my concerns, instead of listening, he argued with me and kept saying they weren't short. The woman with the tattoo came over and repeatedly interrupted me. She kept insisting they could add acrylic, powder, or tips to make them longer, but I explained multiple times that I wanted my own natural nails and did not want fake nails. What bothered me most was that neither of them listened to what I was saying. They continuously talked to each other while looking at me, which made me feel very uncomfortable. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to understand why I was upset. After about 20-30 minutes, I decided to leave because I no longer felt comfortable. I told them their customer service was rude and unprofessional. I paid $5 for the nail cutting and left. This experience left me feeling disrespected, unheard, and frustrated. I will not be returning.

Walking in, the space felt open, clean, and inviting. It's well decorated and has a relaxing atmosphere. Nail stations are set up in the front, and there's a spacious pedicure area toward the back with plenty of seating. The massage chairs were comfy, but honestly, the experience was what really won me over. Mi (sorry if spelling is wrong) was the nail tech who did my pedicure, and she was incredible. Sweet, professional, and clearly skilled. She gave me one of the best massages I've ever had at a salon, took care of an annoying ingrown toenail, and left my toes looking flawless. We chose the Signature Pedicure and it was absolutely worth every penny. Warm stone massage, wax bath, full treatment. it felt luxe from start to finish. Easily the best pedicure I've had, and my friend felt the same. We've officially found our go to spot. No more hopping around. I went and the male that was removing them seemed nice but unfortunately did not know what he was doing. Very rough. I have a reference photo of how they left my nails when I left, didn't even bother to smooth them out or anything with a buffer file. Upon checking out he charges me $15 and I tell him that whoever I spoke to on the phone told me it was $10. Then I was told that the extra $5 is because I kept my nails long but if I were to cut them they would've charged me $10 which makes no sense whatsoever! It's only a $5 difference the money didn't matter to me it's the principles! Why say over the phone it would be $10 and then try and charge more just for the heck of it... be aware they may try to over charge you!

If you're looking for your forever place, trust me you won't be disappointed. Prices are very fair. I'm a hair dresser, so my nails are my tools. I've had nails 30 plus yrs, plus I have extremely small nail beds. Since going to Lena nails I can make it 2 weeks without a nail break. My fills would only last about 10 to 12 days before I needed my next fill. I look forward to my next appointment every time. If you're looking for a place to cut cost, I will say our industry is going up in prices every quarter. So basically hair and nails over head is extremely high. I've been to many places and Lena nails is best in price and customer service. Plus they love their customers, it's like family. hope this helps. Plus they don't surprise you at the end with cost upgrades, it's discussed before service is started and I appreciate that.... read more

I recently visited Lena Nails under its new ownership, and I was very impressed with the service! Jeny, the nail technician who took care of me, was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and thorough. We were walk-ins, and despite having other people already on their schedule, they made room for us and ensured we were well taken care of. Jeny's attention to detail was outstanding--from making sure my nails were shaped exactly to my liking, to applying the polish perfectly, and everything in between. She was very thorough and took her time to make sure everything looked great. Everything they used was clean and sterilized, which made me feel even more comfortable. The prices are very reasonable, and the overall experience was excellent. I will definitely be returning and recommending this place to others! read more

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE VERY UPSET AND SPEND MONEY FOR A BAD SERVICE!! I highly don't recommend it! I've tried a lot of nail shops this never ever happened. People there don't know how to talk and even communicate with customers. Owner Reel or Real whatever, is very very rude. I booked my appointment with him since i read "good reviews" about him and someone else did my nails, i asked for a certain design and she totally doesn't know anything about designs, it was really bad even though he said she can do anything you can ask for, i believe her name is Kaity, then i had 3 photos with 3 different colors and they had non of the colors i asked for, they have very limited collection, which is weird. They even charged me $10 extra for the missed up design. Never again! very frustrated!! read more

I have been in the beauty industry for over 36 years and in all that time Lena is the best nail technician that I have had the good fortune to have found. I have been her client for over 6 years and have never been more pleased with anyone. She is extremely gentle, accurate in all nail and feet procedures and to add to this she is truly a professional who cares about her clients and makes you feel like like you are spending time with a dear friend. Besides nails, she is skilled at waxing, glitter powder, every type of nail art and nail applications, including silk , fiberglass, acrylic,gel powder,pink and white powder, French tips, numerous types of pedicures and relaxing spa treatments for your feet. I will never go anywhere else. I came in as a walk-in. First time here. I was going to get a fill and a pedicure. I ended up having him remove my existing nails and start fresh. I am so happy with how my design came out, and my pedicure? OMG hands down the best pedicure ive ever had. I got the deluxe for $40. I am going to try to Collagen next time and maybe even the big one for $65. Although the deluxe was so perfect, she massaged my legs and feet for so long and so perfectly that i fell asleep.... im not ashamed to admit that. Between the massage chair and and the pedicure, i was so relaxed. As a single mom, this is exactly what i needed. Lenas Nails, just got a customer for life. I've been going to Lena for over 7 years now -- she is simply the best!! Lena cares about her clients and makes sure to provide exactly what is desired. I have referred family, friends and co-workers to her because she provides such great service. I'm constantly needing to get more of her business cards. No one has ever had a bad thing to say about her or the job she does. Each visit she asks how things are going and about family and friends because she actually cares. I have been following Lena from shop to shop for over a decade. I was very excited when she decided to open her own shop. It's comfortable, clean and very close to my home. Lena will always to her best to fit me in her schedule (I usually call the day I need to see her). She is professional and gives the best pedicures and manicures. Lena has been doing mine and my husbands nails as well as my parents and other family members for many years. We follow her where ever she goes. Lena is very sensitive to our individual needs. Especially with my ingrown toenails. I can always count on Lena to take great care of me. Lena is on her own now and doesn't have to deal with the politics of bosses. I got builder gel on my natural nails to prevent them from breaking. Two days later two of my nails chipped and on the third day two more lifted and chipped. I'm disappointed because I loved this place when I used to go in the past. Very disappointing and painful experience I went to this…read moresalon on Friday for a pedicure, and the person doing my pedicure trimmed my ingrown toenail. It was extremely painful, and I specifically asked them to stop, but they continued trimming it again until it started bleeding. It's now Sunday, and my toe is extremely painful and appears to be infected. I'm very disappointed that my concerns weren't listened to when I clearly said it was hurting. A pedicure should not result in this kind of injury and pain. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this salon be cautious, especially when it comes to handling ingrown toenails.

There are only two people that work here, one for pedicures and one for anything to do with fingernails. Because of this, I would highly recommend making an appointment in order to avoid waiting. I came in while they were working on someone else and just made an appointment for an hour later. I got a set of acrylics for $25. I also got a clear gel top coat for an additional $5. If you want complete gel color and top coat it is an extra $10. Design prices vary. I thought these prices were extremely fair. I was also pleased that Daisy took her time on my nails, making sure to be precise. I hate when nail places rush through in order to help more customer. That can definitely affect the quality of work. Both ladies were friendly and hard working. My only complaint was when she was painting my nails she didn't go right up to the cuticle so they look a little more grown out then they should after only a week. Also, a small piece of the gel top coat on my thumb chipped after just two days. I only consider those minor flaws compared to problems I've had at other nail salons. I have been trying to find a go-to spot for my nails for months. I have high hopes this will be the place. Fingers crossed. I will be back.
