The rooms are quiet and relaxing. The staff are very professional and friendly. I got the 5 minute head, neck, and leg massage and it comes with a 20 or 30 minute foot treatment. There's a difference between a massage and just rubbing gently. I did express this before the appointment that I prefer strong firm pressure. It started out well for like a good 10 minutes but then he just reverted to his usual soft massaging. By now I just wanted to finish 1 hour that paid for and leave. These money grabbing places don't care about giving good service. They just want to quickly waste your time, so they can get you out for the next person. Never again going to any of these locations.
