Wow, just wow! Ok I am from Las Vegas and came to heber to visit the town, I am a sucker for small towns and man did Kneaders surprise me with a big city taste! This place is 10/10 so good! I recommend the chai tea latte iced, the key lime pie tarts, and the fruit tart, oh my word I need one of these places in Vegas! Any bad review about this place is absolutely wrong! Terrible experience. 2 young kids working and I came in with my extended family, 21 of us. I ordered 3 smoothies for my kids, he said it might take longer to get the smoothies. I am thinking, that's ok. We have a big group. Towards the end of my group he tells me can't make them, they are too busy. Hmm... Why didn't you say something when I ordered, you saw the huge group. My mother-in-law, bless her soul, went off on him. Needless to say I got the three smoothies. The place was empty when we got there and the floors where a mess. My brother-in-law swept the floor under the tables so we could eat without stepping onto food and the bathroom was empty of toilet paper. Who knows what they kids were doing before we got there. Best part was my salad gave me food poisoning! Next morning we flew home to NC. Worst experience ever! There are plenty of places to eat there, skip this place! read more

The Turkey here tastes great and reminds me of thanksgiving nearly every time I eat it. The half sandwich is usually enough food for me.

Horrible service from drive thru girl. We bought the special BUY 5 GET 1 FREE TART OR PASTRY. We let the window girl know what FREE TART we wanted she even told us what flavors were left for the day & said ok. Upon checking our bag we she didn't give us the FREE TART so we waved her down via the closed drive they window. She opened her window & said, "WHAT?" (*RED FLAG) We mentioned that our FREE TART wasn't in the bag & she yelled at us that, "we never said anything about the free tart." (**RED FLAG). Not only did she get rude she yelled. Very unprofessional & showed she could t care less. I called into the store as I parked in front of the location & got the run around a from the first & second girl who answered the call. No one would give me a name to my cashier at the window. I was told a manager named Matt was available to take my call but then all of a sudden was busy but another on coming manager could take my call, Martha. I spoke to Martha who did not take my name or number & had no apology or resolve to the issue at hand. Horrible customer service. Yelling at your customers because you seem too busy to take care of the order at hand isn't good. I did say I would call corporate about the issue when I could t get a name of the cashier. The cashier we had seemed like she was a teenager or young adult but it's still not a good enough reason to be so oblivious to basic customer service & common sense. We were so excited to try Kneaders in Utah because we were told it's the best compared to the Las Vegas location. This was our first thing on our TO DO LIST on this trip. Huge disappointment. I will be calling corporate because upon looking at the stores ratings it seems about a month ago another customer may have had a run in with possibly the same young lady with rude behavior. Horrible!! We got there and wanted to just go quickly through the driver thru, and got four buttered croissants, and we wanted them heated and we got up to the window, and they forgot to heat them. We had told them that we wanted them heated and they gave them two us and they had been overcooked in the microwave and were burning hot.... the girl didn't even ask if we wanted a receipt, which we obviously wanted the receipt and after we had asked for the receipt she had dropped it on the ground and told us she would grab it.... ridiculous!!! read more

Kneaders is my favorite place to go with friends. The service is always so wonderful. The staff acts like they want to be there and they are super friendly. I have never had an order wrong and the food is really good. The restaurant is clean and well kept up. I love the clean decorations and feel of the bakery. It has a very warm feeling which makes me want to come back. Kneaders is great for any occasion and they are super willing to work with you. They are a great support in our community and they have sponsored many things. Kneaders is such a great place and is perfect for everyone. read more

Outstanding service - every single time! Their morning crew is the best in Heber City. Much, much better and fresher food than most places in Heber. Lavazza coffees are always fresh and hot. I have never had to ask for anything to be filled (such as creamers) in like 2 years. Local owners are hands on and it really comes through. Great and consistent restaurant. The BLT on focaccia was amazing. The tomatoe bisque soup, delicious. Friendly staff and the atmosphere was personable. The dessert offerings looked out of this world, but I filled up on my sandwich. Coffee is lukewarm and bitter. No Wifi! Toilet is broken in handicapped stall. I ordered a to-go sandwich once, and when I got home it was missing a few ingredients and decidedly bland (but expensive). So, not a fan. If you're into baked goods, though, they are good. read more

I ordered 5 pieces of raspberry cheesecake for my sons bday from the Heber City location. Too bad I didn't check in the bag before I got home. I still should have taken them back. It looked like they only had 2 pieces and had shaved those two pieces up into 5 very small slivers and put them each in their own container. They were the tiniest pieces of anything I've ever been served and they were about 5.00 each! When I served them I got accused of eating half of each piece first. Next time....I go to Costco and buy 2 whole cheesecakes instead of spending 25.00 on 5 very very very small pieces. Huge rip off. read more

This place needs to rethink their pricing structure as they are absolutely absurd. The child of the group ordered the chicken Cesar salad with no chicken but a side of extra dressing. They are so CHEAP here that they charged .25 cents for the extra dressing even though we had them hold the chicken which saved them several dollars. Beware of this place and avoid at all costs. They don't know of to run a business with the customers in mind - all they care about is making .25cents then returns customers. read more

Eye oozing treats, delicious house breads, more than satisfying meals, interesting array of local crafts to explore and available to support and take home with you! This place had so many goodies to take back home or on the road with you and perfect ideas for gifting to those we love and care for to have an amazing reoccurring taste experience!! Mhmm.. I just wish there were locations closer as I am in Los Angeles..... Wow. Is it me or has Kneaders prices gone up?? I use to get a quart of soup and loaf of sourdough bread for $13 and it was almost $19 tonight. My last visit. A bit downhill then past experiences. Always a decent place to eat but for two bowls of soup and a loaf of bread almost 20. Hmmm. Not to impressed with the prices going up. read more

In the few times I've been to kneaders in Heber I've not been too impressed. Quite simply it's like there is a monkey running the cash register. That one girl is pretty bad. The food is alright the French toast was good the first time and the second time was it was alright. Turkey bacon avocado sandwich didn't have any bacon when I got it. We went there over Father's Day and were surprised that it wasn't busy. (Dad's eat free) The Kneader's in big cities would have been slammed, so it was nice not having a wait. The food was good. I thought I'd try the banana pudding French toast, but it was not good. The banana pudding tasted like almond extract and wasn't good. They let me switch out of regular French toast. read more

There is no urgency with their drive thru window. If you want to go and get a quick bite of food forget about it. I have tried this location 2 different times both times I was stuck in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. When I voiced my concern about it I had the window slammed in my face. This is an example of typical Heber fast food service. While Kneaders is certainly not burgers and fries fast food, it is usually mediocre service. I have been to this Kneaders at least 40 times in the last year. Nearly every time I go they forget something or give me the wrong something. Stopped in for soup and a sandwich on the way home after driving all morning in the ice and snow. Ordered a French Dip and a bowl of the tomato soup along with a cup of chicken noodle and half a Ham and Swiss.The wait time to order was pretty long. Young lady at the register seemed to be slightly overwhelmed. Received our food after a short wait. Both soup were hot and tasty. Neither did not seem homemade though? The French Dip really wasn't a sandwich...It was a just a loaf of bread with a single slice of meat with a single slice of cheese! (Same with the Ham and Swiss) When I asked what was going on with the lack of meat the server went to the counter and had someone (maybe an assistant manager) come out to talk to me...The person explained that the meat is pre-portioned. She told me I could pay for more if wanted. That was it from the management. Well, we'll never go into another Kneaders again. EVER! I recommend anyone wanting a meaty sandwich that go to Arby's!
