We really were disappointed - went here because we did not want fast food - but next time In N Out here we come. The sandwiches we ordered were pastrami & the turkey croissant. The pastrami had one slice of pastrami - when my husband asked if they could hold the sauerkraut the girl said they were pre-made. We were tired and didnt thoroughly think through her response - bread and saurkraut = soggy - duh!! They tried to toast it - but it was still soggy. My turkey had only 1 slice of turkey - so mostly it was a bread & cranberry delight. Agree with the cannoli review - horrible!! Soggy & disgusting. Chips - guess what soggy!! The food is pretty good. Sort of like Panera. Good place to sit and work on the computer. The deserts are fantastic. But the staff is the best part. They are extremely friendly and accommodating. Definitely one of the better places in Yuma. read more

I live here in Yuma and have been to Kneaders many times, But after tonight I will never step into this Restaurant again. The Service was the Worst I've ever had, They even can't seem to get the Orders right, even after speaking with the Manager...Then on top all they lied to Me about my order.. Purchased pies for Thanksgiving - pumpkin and apple. They were wonderful and a big hit with the family.

The last 4 times I've been here they've messed up my order, it would've been more but I've caught them repeating it back to me wrong. The food is good but they're slow and you definitely have to check your bag before you leave. The drive through isn't worth it if you're in a hurry because they're pretty slow to start with and there is a solid chance you'll have to go back through when your order is wrong. Its was my favorite soup/sandwich location to relax and eat. Do not know what happened to this Kneaders Bakery. My favorite soup was watered down and my sandwich had one half slice of bacon on one half of the sandwich. I did not learn this until I was home. Do not recommend take out from this location. I am sure if we had dined in the facility they would have fixed the sandwich but how do you fix watered down soup? read more

This location always gets my order wrong or just completely leaves things out. The quality of the food is mediocre, with some of the sandwiches having hardly any meat on them at all. The services is super slow, which I don't understand if you are only making a salad or sandwich. They are always out of certain things like croutons, but they have the bread to make the croutons. It's way over priced for what you are getting. Go support a true locally owned restaurant instead. read more

We had high hopes while visiting this Kneaders location while visiting Yuma because there is one currently being built in our home in Mesa, AZ. The sandwich we had was very good. My wife and I ordered chicken noodle soup and there was a scant few chicken pieces and noodles in it, mostly broth. The soda machine was allowed to run out of CO2 carbonation so the sodas were flat. When I told the counter person, she indicated that she had heard that a couple times that day. Why was nothing done to correct the problem? Then we asked for a little butter to put on the baguette that came with our soup and we were told they were out of butter. What kind of bakery runs out of butter? The wall under the inside of the drive thru window was filthy due to employees leaning on it with soiled aprons. Tacky Tacky! That was the third strike so we will not be back to that location, although we still look forward to visiting the one in Mesa when it's done. read more

Go somewhere else! The food here is terrible. Bread mostly stale on the day we visited, and the soup was served cold in the container. They offered to reheat the soup in a microwave, while saying "don't worry" about the little embossed print on the soup container that says, "do not heat in microwave". Crab sandwich is actually fake "krab" with a "real crab price". It also had the "old fish that should have been thrown out last week" taste, so I did not take this opportunity to embark further upon a potential adventure in botulism. I agree with the reviewer that stated that the prices are outrageous for what you get. Staff was preparing sandwiches while wearing plastic gloves "for infection prevention control".....but she scatched her head and pulled her gonch our of her bum with her gloved hands....and handled money.....and did pretty much everything - and went right back to food prep with the same gloves on! After watching this display, we looked around for the "what would you do" cameras - thinking that we were being punked for a TV show......but no cameras! This place REALLY WAS that bad! Paid for our sandwiches and left them on the table for whoever wanted a "free meal"....then went across the street and down the road a bit for a great meal at the Olive Garden. read more

I always drive past this business thinking it reminds me of a Panera. Decided to visit this Kneaders location today at 2:29pm with my fiancé to get a late lunch. We ordered two of the 'Soup in a Bun' items. After placing our order and sitting down we noticed other employees walking in, assuming they were about at shift change. After about 30 minutes I got up to see where my food was at just for the fact of seeing other customers coming in after us and got their meals as well as noticing the drive through so figured it shouldn't be that long of a wait. When I went to the register it was a different person and this male asked for my receipt and said that they do not have anymore buns and asked if I wanted something else instead, after talking to my fiancé we decided to get our money back since it seemed like we might wait again due to the lack of customer service. When I asked the male he went back to grab I assume to be a female manager who asked for my card to confirm my receipt and said I would get my money back within 2-3 business days.. then proceeded to not apology and make us feel unwelcome as they both were awkward during this whole exchange and very quiet.
