I've been dealing with lower back pain for several months and just kept thinking it would go away. When the problem didn't subside, I went to the Chiropractor to make sure my hips weren't out of alignment. The chiropractor said my troubles were muscular issues so I booked a few massages with the therapist in the chiropractic office. I could tell we were on the right track, but the massage therapist just didn't have the skill needed to resolve the issues. I even went to my doctor only to be told my aches and pains were part of the aging process and being 60 and I should "learn to live with the pain". Nope. I work graveyard shifts right now, so one night at work I researched "certified massage therapists" in Rancho Cucamonga and found Kneadworx. After reading the reviews and client successes, I felt very confident booking a session with Sean, and I loved the ability to book appointments on line because I could do that even during the middle of the night and take my time to consider my upcoming schedule and available appointments. I've had two sessions with Sean and my lower back pain is improving. I knew it would take several sessions because I let it go for so long, but I am confident the issues will be resolved after a few more sessions. I had my first session with Taylor today. I was supposed to be having surgery on my hands for carpal tunnel. I haven't been able to fully extend my hands without it causing pain for longer than I can remember. Taylor was very careful in her massage treatment and walked me through the pain with compassion. I was having neck and shoulder pain that was excruciating and resulting in terrible headaches, so I had called Kneadz Work and scheduled an appointment for same-day at 8pm with Sean. Hands down best massage I've ever received. Now, whats great for me might not be great for everyone. Sean got to the heart of the problem (extremely tight shoulder muscles) and dug in. RESEARCH: I did my due diligence and researched endlessly for the best massage in the IE and after reading all reviews on Yelp and Google and the teams profiles, I decided on Kneadz Work. APPOINTMENT On Monday, 01/13/2020, I called at 11:45 a.m. and never believing I'd be able to get an appointment the same day, did at 12:30 with Sean. The check-in was friendly and seamless and after filling out a short form, Sean came out and back we went. Once in the back, Sean asked what brought me there and after assessing the problematic areas, he left the room so I could undress and once he returned a few moments later, he began the most painful yet AMAZING massage. PROBLEM: Limited range of motion both shoulders. The Right shoulder was the best of the 2 with the Left being the absolute worst and most painful with very limited range of motion. ADD ON: I've had cupping by my acupuncturist and had seen scraping so I added them to the session however, after having both, I discovered I am NOT a fan of scraping and that the pressure of the cupping is different at Kneadz Work than at the acupuncturist so I will have to decide if I want cupping in the future since Both left me bruised and quite sore for several more days than I anticipated. MASSAGE: The massage began with Sean working on the least problematic side consistently asking if I was ok with the pressure of the massage, cupping and scraping. I experienced both good (relieving) and bad (painful) pain and after Sean worked on my chest, neck, shoulders and back for 90 minutes, I'm happy to report the right side feels 99.9% better now allowing me to move without pain or limitation, and the Left so much improved that I'm able to move without as much pain or limitation, AMAZING!! AFTER THE MASSAGE Once the massage ended, I felt relief from the chronic pain I've had for about 3 years and was so relaxed. Sean said I'd be sore the next day but I already knew that, so no surprise Tuesday when I awoke sore, achy, tender to touch and bruised. I applied a topical analgesic (roll on) to my chest, neck and shoulders and was good to go. The soreness lasted for about 3 to 4 days, the tenderness is still there in some areas and there is a knot on my right arm not previously there so will have Sean check it when I go back tomorrow. Sean said I might need more than 1 session for the left side and he was right. REVIEW I purposely delayed my review of Kneadz Work so that it could be truthful and I would know unequivocally whether the massage worked for me and if I'd keep my next appointment. Allow me to share the vibe at Kneadz Work is chill, the people phenomenal and Sean Amazing. I will be back tomorrow and will make an appointment to bring my 85 year old Father in so Sean can help him with his aches, pains and bad hips. RECOMMEND The prices seem a bit high but worth the investment on yourself. I would recommend Kneadz Work to all my family and friends living in, around or even outside the the IE, it's simply amazing and Sean has been phenomenal!! PS Not sure if they have senior discounts but that would be cool for older folks living off of a pension or social security like my Pops. read more

I've been going to Joy for a couple of months now. She's amazing, I normally have sciatic problems and my left leg. Ever since I have been going to my physical therapy sessions, I've have felt the difference. I don't have sciatic problems anymore, my left foot doesn't hurt anymore. But I still go to her once a month so she can align me. She takes her time and really focuses on my trigger points. Wow!! I am so happy I found this place. Finally a place that understand what my body need. I've had a massage therapist work on me but nothing like this place and by place I mean Sean, I'm all kinds of messed up I'm hairstylist I'm a lifter and I had surgery (ACL replacement) 3 years ago so I'm just a walking injury. I explain a bit of my problem and he was able to assess my body and what needed to be done He worked on my hamstrings, calf, glutes, back and arms (back side) After 70 minutes I was able to walk out with no hip or knee pain My shoulder felt a lot more relaxed I immediately booked another appointment to finish working on my front side my pecs and quads. If you are looking to help loose up the tight or overworked muscles I highly recommend this place I was ready to go to another little foot massage place But trust me your body will thank you I definitely needed this kind of massage It hurts but in a good way, you get instant gratification on how you walk about from the place My only regret is that I'm moving and it will be hard for me to come back as often as I would like to read more

My therapist was Kristin; she was very friendly and made me comfortable. She asked me what areas I wanted her to work on and listened to everything I had asked for. I've had sciatica for more than three years and was looking for someone who was familiar with reflexology/acupressure points. I found two places that were top rated and fortunately I called Kneadz Work. When the receptionist answered I asked to make an appointment with someone who knew about reflexology, but she wasn't sure if they had anyone. After a couple of minutes she came back on the phone and said there were two people available. I decided to go with Clarissa, and was very impressed by her knowledge and her strength. I have had hundreds of massages in the past 20+ years and there are less than a handful that I would say were truly firm massages that were effective and that helped relieve my pain. The 70-minute massage with Clarissa was awesome. The best massage I've ever had. She asked me a few questions about my condition and then she asked if she could start with my psoas muscle. I was very surprised that she even knew the muscle existed and the location. Clarissa also knew the points where she had to apply pressure for sciatic pain. She was familiar with the scraping (Gua sha) procedure as well. Clarissa worked on my quads, legs, glutes, ankles, calves and feet. By the time she was done I was pain free. I felt relaxed and a huge sense of relief. Not only did my hip, glutes and leg feel better, but a lot of the stress I had was gone. I am so grateful for finding Kneadz Work and especially that I was lucky to find Clarissa. The massage was awesome and Clarissa was excellent. I decided to purchase a membership and booked my next massage with Clarissa. Definitely 5-stars. Exceptional customer service, the place is very clean and the prices are great. This was my first time going to Kneads Work for a therapeutic massage and I am really impressed! When I walked in, I immediately noticed how clean the lobby was. Then, I was greeted by Larry, the owner, and offered water while I waited for my session to start. Then I met my massage therapist, Kia, and she was great! She took the time to ask me questions and assess where I was feeling the most pain, then she focused on those areas during the session. She also introduced me to the Gua Sha (muscle scraping) method which made a big difference. After the session, I left feeling super relaxed and my pain was gone. Wowowwwwwwowowo!!! Not enough Amazing, fantastic, almost pain free, like none other and the best!!! Ok so let me elaborate. I have rarely found to be here so helpful! In fact I think most massages are a waste of time, money and then I'm usually annoyed. 4 days later I'm still almost pain free!!! I have fibromyalgia, bone on bone both knees, a torn disc, constant pain from inflamed nerves and arthritis that accepts my arms and hands and that's just to start! I am a retired long distance runner, 45 year equestrian, active yogi ‍, studio spinner and walk my dogs 5 days a week. I drive a lot so my low back and shoulders take a beating. When I called to schedule my appointment Larry the owner picked up the phone, he was sweet and helpful. My appointment was with Rik Rodriguez. He really listened to me and my concerns and then took it from there. He applied the perfect amount of pressure never too light!! He knew how hard to work and listened to my body. If you are having pains or injuries I highly recommend kneadzwork! I have used them twice when the Drs couldn't. The Dr's tell me I just needed cortisone shots to temporarily relieve the pain.
